Great little bakery, and it is actually a real bakery. Freshly baked bread first thing in the morning from here is just so good. Still hot from the oven ..

Very disappointing Eccles cake. Hardly any currants inside. Just pastry really. Added picture of what I think an Eccles cake should look like.

Wonderful bakery, family run. Amazing bread and a staple in Bookham for years. Proud to be part of the family, having worked there myself and my dad having been one of the Pearce bakers.

Love buying from a local family business. Especially in these current times. My boys love their ginger bread men and the sour dough is lovely from here.

Best bread locally, good choice, staff a bit gloomy but our preferred choice for quality

The caramel bites have very little topping and threw the box away after trying just two. The bread is ok but actually no better than coop or large retailer. The other cakes weren't great including custard slice which also went in the bin after one bite.

Wonderful bakers and this morning a sublime warm eccles cake. Pearce & Sons really are to be cherished and valued by the people of Bookham. I read a negative review from Bookham Badger.... methinks that he/she must have been thinking of the inferior and much more expensive rival up the road! Back your local baker Bookham!!!

I love this bakery and it has many great treats. The donuts and the sausage rolls are a must!
