An epic morning coffee stop! You could use the flat white as race car fuel, it’s punchy and very good. The breakfast oats are by far the best I’ve found around. A simple food, by done well and with quality ingredients. It’s hard to find quality and at good value, Charlie and Ginger have it. Lovely staff, lovely setting to watch the world wake up. Thank you for having me.Edit: came back the next day. Smashed avocado 🤤

1st time at C&G today, will definitely be back. Lovely freshly prepared food, great coffee and laid back vibes. What’s not to love 👌

Lovely cafe with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed a delicious vegan carrot cake - as I can’t eat cheese- and a wonderful coffee. Highly recommend 😋😍

Nice coffee shop...prices are a little high...£3.00 + for a small coffee and £8.00 for a cheese and ham toastie!... however, most Indies are around this price range now. Good outdoor seating and a pleasant atmosphere. Very clean toilets which was a big plus!

Delicious avocado on toast with gorgeous eggs. Gluten free bread option available that is also lovely. Coffee was fantastic. The toilets are clean and beautiful with lovely hand soap. Lots of lovely plants around and the staff were very pleasant - even giving us info on where they got their plants from so we can have some. Would recommend.

With a quick search on Google when we arrived in Leatherhead I discovered Charles and Ginger cafe getting great reviews. As soon as we entered the door the atmosphere was enduring. A lovely warmth that enticed us to stay and wait to be seated. It was full but we managed a very nice couple of seats down the back. We seriously could have stayed here all day they were so comfortable. We placed our order before we sat..the cake I ordered would have to be one of the Nicest cakes I have ever tasted. It reminded me of a Finnish sweet I had in Australia back in ingham. Finnish bread. Nutmeg and a sweet light dough that has stickiness to it. This was like that but with apple too. Heaven. The coffee was good. Davie got the lemon drizzle and said his was very yummy as well. The walls are lovely and dark blue grey and lights are soft. You can hear people talking but not enough to know what they are talking about so you space is your own. A really nice vibe.

Love the vibes and interior of this place, but the coffee was not very good. Tasted very over extracted. Not a good day for coffee unfortunately, and only one house blend is offered on espresso. Dog friendly inside as well!

Loved this cafe. The coffee was velvety smooth and the ambience is warm and welcoming. If you are around and like a good coffee then this can make your day.

Trendy cafe for cyclists. Got a fancy hanging cycle stand. Coffee is good and so is the service.

A great little shop - I only visited in a search for some half decent bags of fresh coffee beans but the café itself turned out to be a real gem. I'm glad I stopped and had an espresso as it was pretty good and the ambiance inside is rather unique - dark and moody but not oppressive. In fact, it's rather cozy, especially the back area which has some cool mid century seats and fairy lighting. Plus, it's full of lovely green plants. There's outdoor seating with blankets and the staff were very friendly too. Even though the espresso wasn't the best I've had (though perhaps just because I prefer fruity sweet espressos and the house espresso was a bit more dark and chocolatey), it was heads and shoulders above what you'd get in a high street chain, and among the best in comparison to other speciality coffee I've had in the outer London area. Overall, I'd say you can get a very good speciality fix here!
