I can’t lie this was the worst Chinese I’ve ordered deep fried prawns were hard Ordered simple noodles and got chicken and prawn Would not Recommend this Chinese for anybody

We did enjoy our meal here, and the prices weren't too bad but I thought the a la carte buffet menu was lacking compared to similar local restaurants with no duck and pancakes, dumplings or salt and pepper prawns which was disappointing. Food quality was slightly above average and it tasted good but I did wonder if it was an MSG restaurant as some dishes lacked flavour in my opinion.

Reviews for this place seem to be either 5 star or 1 star. Unfortunately we got the 1 star takeaway. The crispy duck was OK but the rest was pretty awful.

Very good all you can eat menu. Very tasty dishes. Probably the best tasting Chinese in Dorking.

My son and I attended this week for the first time for all you can eat. The food was absolutely sublime, far better than I had expected, and served very quickly. If you are like me and fussy, I recommend requesting specifics (ie no onion) when ordering!Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

We've bought from Chifan many times in the past and been happy with the food, but tonight my starter had a substantial piece of glass in it, which I found when I bit down on it and hurt a tooth. When I reported it they sent someone out to collect it but I was then basically told "we don't use glass in the kitchen" and offered a refund of less than half the value of the meal, which we didn't feel like eating after this. They went up a bit when I said I was going to post a review, but there was no real admission of responsibility and no apparent consideration it might have come from a supplier. We served the dish straight from the plastic container into a porcelain bowl so it could not have been introduced at our end. I'm angry and disappointed, and will not be using them again.

This is the best Chinese restaurant around. Their all you can eat menu is excellent. The staff are very friendly. I have never had a bad experience here and travel some distance for their food. The prawn toast is the best I've had

I got home with my takeaway and found 3 crab claws in my box. Rang up, am told that's one potion. I say it says four on the menu, they say oh now, it's three on their menu. £5.50 for 3 crab claws.... Maybe this isn't a big deal but frankly i think it's a rip off and disappointed as if the website menu had said 3 in a portion for £5.50 I wouldn't have ordered them.
