This score is actually a 3.5 but only because delivery service has been consistently poor over my last 3 orders.Ok last one was Christmas Eve. I should cut some slack? But the order clearly states ready for delivery by 7.30 (we asked for the 7.30 -45 slot as awaiting some visitors at that time). It arrived at 6.50. meaning we had to keep it warm for the next almost 1 hour. The previous two orders had been delivered late by 20 and 40 mins. Is there a clue to late deliveries in the post code? I don't know where 2EW is but previously our orders have been to Westcott before reaching us and we are literally 5 mins walk from the restaurant.Ending on a bright note. The food has always been reliably tasty and good size portions. It would be a foolish move not to offer continued custom but they do need to sharpen up delivery,Thank you for your order at Chilli and Spice (RH4 2EW). Takeaway for the first time last night and was not disappointed, was an excellent meal.

Got food wrong and was made to feel it was my fault. After many calls they eventually sent new stuff but due to confrontational service, we don’t trust so chose not to eat = £50 down the drain. Won’t go back again

We’ve visited dozens of times over several years. The food and service have always been 100%Never waited, always friendly and pleased to seat us, with or without a booking.We’ve tried lots of dishes and all have been delicious, but more than that, actually memorable!I wish I was eating there now.If I ate there as much as I want to, I fear I’d be as big as a house!

Food always arrives hot and on time, brilliant selection of both classics and specialties. If you eat in, the staff are very accommodating and polite, will always check to see if you’re enjoying your meal.

My mother had food poisoning after a takeaway meal here.When I called the restaurant to complain I spoke to a man who asked me my name. And then asked me if I was Muslim and if I was British or not! Totally inappropriate.When I finally spoke to the manager he told me they'd sold 15 of the dish my mother had eaten that night and no one else had complained. I find that very difficult to believe.Won't be going there again needless to say.

Get this most Fridays and it's always been consistently delicious. Huge fan of the garlic chilli chicken (spicy). I've tried a lot of the menu and loved them all. Portions are good, usually have another meal left for the next day.

What amazing food. We arrived and ordered a takeaway. The staff and service was superb. We ordered and sat and enjoyed a drink whilst we waited. Nice atmosphere, very good Rose wine, fast service. Got home and enjoyed an excellent meal. Be back very soon.
