We did the BBQ on the lawn afternoon with mickey the wedding singer, food was amazing staff so helpful, lovely grounds! Would definitely recommend anyone thinking of going to the next one brilliant afternoon of eating and dancing.Will definitely be going back to more of their functions well worth the money.Thank you hartsfield.

Stayed here for a wedding as a bridesmaid. What a lovely Manor and excellent grounds! The food was top notch and all the staff were so polite and warm. Had a fantastic time and loved the junior suite! Thank you so much Helen and the rest of the Hartsfield team!

Lovely hotel tucked into the Surrey hills. Strongly recommend a room in the main hotel rather than the Annex. Lovely food beautifully presented. Small but adequate gym.

We stayed here for one night as part of a murder mystery deal which includedmeal, event, room and breakfast. Very enjoyable stay, great event, super actors, humorous, great food, excellent customer service, our room was clean and had all the necessary things to make an enjoyable trip. Thank you!

Went to a murder mystery. It was absolutely awesome. The acting was very interactive and fun. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice too. The hotel staff in the dinning room, bar and at reception were really friendly and accommodating. It's a very lovely place to stay.The only comment I had was that dinner with the murder mystery was very bland but they always are at these things.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel last night for a murder mystery evening. Had a great time. Evening meal was good and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and the suite we were upgraded to was gorgeous. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely gorgeous manor, we went here for a murder mystery evening which was our first time and won’t be the last, we had such a good time. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t help enough, the rooms are beautiful we had a suite and it was lovely with beautiful views, if I was going to be really fussy the only thing I would change would be a bigger bath but the bath rooms were lovely. Will be back again.

We were looking forward to an Afternoon tea at Hartsfield Manor. However, it turned out to be a disappointing experience all round. Having booked 2 vegan & 1 standard afternoon tea over 4 weeks ago, we were presented with a sub-standard display of what looked like patchy food. You expect an Afternoon tea to include a selection of delicious sandwiches, cakes, pastries & scones. What we received was 3 finger sandwiches each, shop bought vegan jam tarts, no scones and lukewarm tea & coffee with bits in. All for a glamorous price of nearly £25.When I asked the waitress where the scones were holding up the afternoon tea menu printed in b&w, the response we got was we have only 1 chef and he is having a bad day. Totally shocked at this revelation. Having called the manager over to ask the same question she admitted the vegan tarts & 3 chocolate bites came from a packet that you can buy in your local supermarket. Expecting these to be freshly made on site, we specified the dietary requirements over a month ago. On positive thing was the venue from the outside looked nice.

We got married at this venue and it was INCREDIBLE. Our guests all said it was the best wedding they had been too. They catered for our every need and made us feel like royalty, without paying through the nose for it. This place has a real family vibe to it. Old school customer service and just a generally wonderful place to be.Our wedding day was more than we could ever dreamed it could be.Not just a beautiful venue, but also a generally magical place full of beautiful people too.5 stars just isn’t enough.If you want a personal and magical day full of love, this is the place to be go xx

Very nice location. Hotel full of charm and character. Very clean, great cook. The menu is not huge, but various and all the classics have a twist. The room was spotless and had full glass wall which gave us an amazing view to the estate. Great venue for weddings as well. If you want to celebrate Christmas in style, this is the place for it.
