Very disappointed with tonight’s order. So much so I will now spend my hard earned money else where. Terrible attitude from the “chef” who got our order wrong on the first attempt and through gritted teeth made the pizza a second time correctly which arrived burnt The chef said it wasn’t burnt and I couldn’t prove it was. So here you go “chef” have a look and see!! very disappointed. Pizza express from now on.#sack the”chef” unfortunately it won’t allow me to up load my photo of my black burnt pizza

If I could give no stars I would.. orderd this tonight orderd a calzone with NO MUSHROOM waited over a hour to get here and it came completely packed with mushrooms so I called them and the guy tried to blame Uber and didn’t Evan offer. Refund or a new one sent out just said he will talk to manager and call me back in 5 mins... half hour goes by and no phone call back! So I called back to see what was going on and lady just said we have another on the way it will be 10 mins.. it got here and it was stone cold cheese not even melted inside please avoid this place very bad customer service 2 in a half hours and still had nothing to eat or money back...

This local restaurant offers the most incredible authentic Italian food that I have ever had in Bookham. Our waiter was more than happy to help with each request we had and the food was so filling we have leftovers for lunch! I will definitely be going back soon!

We had a good meal here , the waitress was delightful in the food piping hot. The atmosphere was definitely Italian. Nicely decorated.Good choice in menu , we will be back

Pretty poor to be honest. The waitress was kind but a bit ditsy didn’t know what a Heineken was when my partner asked for one. DO NOT have the calamari it’s horrendous £6.50 for calamari that was clearly from the freezer as was tough and perfect circular shapes which for anyone that has had fresh calamari knows that it never comes out like that ! garlic mushrooms that my partner had where really nice and good portion but when we asked for bread (as there was plenty of sauce to dip in ), we got given standard white sliced bread that you toast and have for breakfast at home which I thought was an absolute joke, I have never been served that in any restaurant. Pizza was nice though and I like that you can have a bbq base if you want to as this is usually not an option in many restaurants. The most outrageous was that they tried to charge an extra £13.50 for a dish we didn’t even have!

Calamari was overcooked to the point it could have been onion rings! Starters not great but the pizzas were fine. They really need to sort out a drinks menu! Asked for wine menu got asked red or white. They rushed out to buy a Blossom Hill from Co-op and then charged £18. Friendly service but they clearly have just started.
