"The Gallery Restaurant is located on the third floor of the winery overlooking the 265 acre vineyard. It offers possibly the most spectacular restaurant views in Surrey far reaching over Box Hill and the North Downs. Seasonal menus are created by the Gallery team, including daily specials. The contemporary surroundings offer relaxed dining for all occasions. All our food is sourced, when possible, from local suppliers in the south-east."

I was taken here for afternoon tea by my daughter and her fiancé. What a wonderful experience! A tour of the vineyards and a glass of their gorgeous sparking rosé, followed by a full cream tea with lots more bubbly to accompany it. The service was attentive, the tea excellent and the view was breathtaking!

Hotel, setting and welcome was lovely, sadly food and service on the hotel restaurant does not do it justice.

Best UK stay in a long time. Lovely staff, clean modern room, great bathroom ( with Claudalie toiletries), super views over vineyard.Only niggle was heating control, room cold on arrival but reception came immediately to help but then it wouldn't turn down overnight, so we roasted.

Overpriced B&B !For £195 a night I was expecting a 5* luxury hotel but found a basic B&B !Room was small and right next to the front door so was noisy with people coming and going all night !There is no bar or social area ! Only the restaurant!Nice views of the vineyard but that is it !

A really lovely hotel in the middle of the Vineyard, we had dinner there and breakfast which was included in our deal, I paid extra for the wine pairing with Charcuterie board that we did at lunch time, the only thing if I'm being picky was I missed was a bar that you could go up to, we had to sit down and order and the main building was the same you couldn't really order a drink because there were corporate events on!It was an amazing location, we picked a fantastic day, the whole experience was truly memorable.

The hotel room and dining area was very good and we enjoyed our stay, but had issues with the billing, which eventually got mostly sorted, took the edge off it.

Vastly overpriced despite its beautiful setting. Minimum level of quality. Small room despite supposed upgrade for anniversary. No welcoming drink or fruit. No night robes. Mostly very good service especially the Bulgarian chap

We had a wonderful time. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel spotlessly clean and of a modern but comfortable design. Food lovely. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the vineyard tour. We like their wine and fizz anyway so came away with a carload. Loved it.

Staff (Peter) abrupt and unhelpful - felt like a burden that we were there including booking the room in the first place. No milk in the rooms, the number for room service rang off - not ideal.Friendly waiting staff but unfortunately took an hour or so to get us breakfast, which was not as advertised on the menu.Lucky they have the scenery and backdrop that they do - and they definitely treat you like you're the lucky one to be there.

Comfortable, cozy, welcoming hotel that is well furnished and sparkling clean. The bed is firm but soft to touch. The bathrooms can be bigger but has everything needed, good water pressure, and very clean bath tub. Peter and the other hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant looking out to the vineyard was amazing as well. The walk to the hilltop over looking the vineyard is nice and scenic even in the winter.
