Brilliant. Only word for it. Some of the best coffee out there. If I'm picking up at the airport I'll always make sure I have time to visit H&H. Consistently good coffee, consistently good service from friendly staff. Best way to start your day.Been coming here a few years now. Doesn't change. Still top notch. ☕👌

Best coffee in Horley, they clearly use amazing beans. The staff know more about coffee than most and are clearly passionate about what they do. They remember my name every time I come in and are all very authentic with their customer service.

Best coffe ever.. My favourite place to get a quick coffee..I have stop taking sugar and their coffee is one of the few I can drink...Team at Horley tesco branch are really professional and friendly.. They have good selection of cakes, sandwiches and treats. @saffa_foodie @silver_chaz

Staff very friendly, food was tasty. A little overpriced. Found the ordering process off putting, name required for when tea was ready, but also given number for when food was ready. I was the only customer, 90 seconds after ordering my name was called and I took the two steps from my table to collect my drink, about 45 seconds after that my food was delivered to my table. Why use to systems?

This is my treat whenever I go to Gatwick. I absolutely love the taste of the Latte here. As a taxi driver I get to drink coffee at many places around the country but this place is just the best. If I have time I buy two. Staff are friendly and all know what they are doing when it comes to serving coffee.

I certainly don’t agree with the reviews, coffee is lacklustre and service is mediocre. Though the staff are friendly the overall service was bad. I ordered a coffee to go with a non-dairy milk. It’s a shame they decide to charge extra for soy and oat options, when soy is usually a free option at most of the other large high street chains. The worst part was when I saw them making my coffee, they decided it was ok to use their fingers to enlarge the opening of the oat milk carton - certainly a hygiene hazard. They also gave it to me in a “drink in” mug despite asking for it to takeaway. The guy just poured it into a paper cup from the mug. I also bought an apricot croissant. Or so I thought, until I ate it later and discovered I paid more for a plain one. It was nice but certainly not what I ordered. Price is quite premium for what isn’t a premium offering. I will not be returning, ever. Avoid.
