Four very hot bikers just wanting coffee and teawe were met and seated very quickly placed our order and again very quickly are order was brought to the table.Service very good tea and latte very hot.If your in the area I would definitely recommend trying this cafe.My first visit but looking forward to going back on the Goldwing and trying the food.

Avoid if you have any allergies. On arrival I checked which dishes I could order which did not contain the things I am allergic to (milk and soy). But my food arrived with a sauce and when I asked, firstly the manager gave the impression it was too much hassle to find out from the kitchen what the sauce was and when I made him find it, turned out it was mayonnaise with milk in. No apology or concern at all. Thankfully I noticed quickly and did not trust that the allergy information given was correct otherwise it could have had a very different outcome. These people should not be allowed to run a restaurant as they are endangering the public.

We were greeted in a very unwelcoming way by a slightly older chap, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem in honesty, not a patch of warmth. We still sat down, albeit a little stunned and we were gobsmacked by the amount of passive aggressive signs stating 'do this, don't do that' etc. They clearly have a problem with members of the public using the loos, but I think just the one sign at the door would of sufficed, or maybe put someone on the door to monitor during busy periods? Our order was taken (with a bit of a huff from the chap who was clearly internally eyerolling ) and the coffee and cake was lovely.Just before we left, an Asian lady with oodles of charm and a beautiful smile arrived from the kitchen I think and saved some of our experience!

I'm sure the food may be nice, but when we arrived Saturday afternoon and asked for a table with a high chair for tea and cake it seemed like it was too much effort for the chap with the glasses. No welcoming smile, no "give me a minute please" - just a look of frustration and inconvenience on his face. So we said no thanks and went across the market place to the pub where the lady served us with a smile and made us feel most welcome. Obviously customer service isn't his forte, so keep him in the kitchen and let someone else look after the customers

Women were most friendly and inviting. However, same can’t be said for the old fellow. Other establishments should send their staff here for text book training on how not to treat your customers. This guy doesn’t know how to speak to people with any respect.Shame as the food was lovely but his attitude made us feel far from welcome which kinda put a dampener on the start of our day.If we weren’t hungry we’d have left for sure.Guys, for the love of god, keep this dude out back for the sake of your business.

Just had Cumberland sausage, gravy, peas and cheesy mash. The sausage was lovely and the mash was indeed cheesy, it was also hot and thoroughly enjoyable. Husband had a Korean dish (can't remember the name of it unfortunately) but he really enjoyed it.This is a good cafe/bistro at very reasonable prices.

Yuk!Rude old man ‘greeted’ me. Small oat cappuccino with extra shot was £3.45, had no foam and was undrinkable. Thank goodness I did not eat there. Glad to leave

Nice little cafe in Leyburn recommend the hot beef and gravy sandwich which came with fries and salad and priced at £7.50 was quite a good price .

Popped in for a coffee and looked at the menu. Never eaten Korean food before. Returned to have the Salad Bi-Bim-Bap which was a very interesting salad dish served with soup. Delicious. Looking forward to eating there when we next visit Leyburn. Kim and husband very nice people

We got some breakfast here to start our day off, we had 8 people and food came out with no problems at all. All fresh food. I particularly liked the black pudding. The coffee as well has a distinct taste which I also found very delicious....they do take away as well, very well presented and tasted delicious.
