Meadowbank Cafe in Mole Valley

This has to win the best park cafe award in my opinion! The staff are amazing! Always friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable and the softplay is fantastic! 10/10

Excellent place to take the kids and burn off some energy. I took my friends toddler who is nearly two and she loved it!REMEMBER TO BRING SOCKS! They don’t allow the adults to go into the play zones without socks. The staff were kinda rude about it, no need. But apart from that, we both had fun!

Me and my wife went here for the first time today with our 2 toddlers after Leatherhead sports centre had booked us in with a private party and had to leave there after five minutes, we'll I'm glad they did as we would of never found this amazing place.All the staff done their upmost to please us and make our time there enjoyable, there was a little mix up with our food order which was handled very promptly and professionally.We were so happy with the place that me and my wife will book our sons 4th birthday party there instead of kids space.A big thank you to all the staff there I only wished I took there names to have given them a mention on here.Food was a 10.Atmosphere 10Staff 10Soft play it self 10.Well done to all

My son had an accident falling off his scooter, I rushed to this cafe to ask for help and the wonderful Sarah applied some first aid and calmed him down. She was wonderful, so thank you so much for being so kind. And the coffee was very nice too 😊

Arrived when quiet to be told it is £50 for two adults and 4 children!! When asked if there was anything that could be done on price we were told to have a nice day! Not secure like others. Front gate not functioning. Save your money. Overpriced, unsafe and rude.

This place has great potential and the kids love the play area but it's so overpriced with limited and very average food offerings. Toilets not overly clean and a few of the staff unenthusiastic.

Excellent facilities, clean and fresh throughout. Only downside was their website not being clear! We arrived for a 10am opening but centre was closed for birthday party, completely understandable from an adults point of view..the kids however were disappointed they had to wait!Think having a booking facility online would benefit this softplay immensely!

Friendly staff and nice set up. Kids had a great time.Followed on social media to keep informed of when they were closed for party events, and it was very busy inbetwen. Some people were turned away as it was full, very sad but don't think they could do much more.Just opposite the Playpark is great, and free... So as long as its not raining you can go opposite and hopefully save your kids emotions!

The soft play itself is great, large space for all ages. However the woman who seems to run it is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is the third time I have been and the third time I’ve noticed this woman be rude. She has berated other staff members in front of customers, hurried customers out of the door whilst they were still eating hot food, refused entry to an almost empty softplay because of the way the ticketing works. This woman has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. She needs to sort her attitude out.

Arrived today (Sunday) with an excited 2yo and 4yo after a 30min drive, to find they were closed for the rest of the day for a private party. Our kids were so upset having seen the slides and couldn’t understand why we were walking back out into the rain. There was nothing on the website which we checked prior to our visit and the websites Facebook link was last updated in 2019. Dreadful to do this to children, and we were not the only family being turned away with upset children.A card for a free session was issued to us, but pointless if they are only open on weekends for private parties. Phone before you go.
