Papa John's in Mole Valley

Not worth the money for what you get , it's ok for a one off but bought better ones from asda

I actually ordered my take away from the wrong store in error. When I arrived at Gateshead, the chap who served me was so kind, found an additional discount for me and got my order ready straight away. I rang the store that I'd ordered them from to let them know I wouldn't be coming to collect and the guy there refunded me which I'd totally not expected. The pizzas are delicious anyway but it's customer service like this which means I'll not be going anywhere else when I want pizza.

First time I've ever been to Papa John's and it certainly won't be my last. The pizza was amazing. I went to collect and the staff were really nice and down to earth. Absolutely cracking service. Will most certainly be coming back. Credit where credit is due..this place was spot on.

Ordered the pizza and 2 sides for £19.99. The pepperoni pizza was OK but both the garlic bread and garlic bread with cheese were disgusting. Ihave no idea what was in the rancid garlic sauce but I only dipped my little finger in it and couldn't get rid of the taste. First time we have ordered and it'll be the last.

Absolutely superb service! I made a mistake (my own fault) by supplying an incorrect delivery address and the staff and delivery driver were beyond helpful and so kind about the situation.The quality of food is amazing too.Would highly recommend.

Pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had. Dough wasn't cooked and hardly any topping, some slices had no topping. Very disappointed. Won't use again.

They originally make a tiny error with the toppings (I got a spicy bbq beef instead of a chorizo bbq beef). It's an easy mistake to make and we are all error prone humans. I would normally have not been bothered but I can't eat jalapeños with my bad throat. They brought round a replacement freshly made as soon as possible. You can't prevent errors but you can own them and make things right, and they did. Hence the 5 stars. Pizza is awesome as well 👍

Great customer service. Excellent work guys. Keep it up. They also offer non cheese pizza 🍕 options. You can also track the preparation of the pizza when you order online. We just love these guys.

Amazing food, discount and staff really enjoyed my visit here, glad to see them open through covid 19 👍
