What a friendly pub. Great service, lovely food and brilliant atmosphere. I might make it my local. The leek and potato was superb and the dessert was delightful. I enjoyed my roast dinner apart from the over cooked beef but it was Mothers Day and they were busy. I will definitely be back to sample more of their menu. Thank you all at the Half Moon for making our Mother’s Day so special.

Really good food. Nice ambience. The burger (Panko Chicken) was homemade, delicious and was well portioned. The coleslaw on the side was sweet and creamy; perfect in my opinion. Hostess was friendly and attentive. No complaints, just good yummy homemade pub grub.

Wow! After long day of travel, my friends and I stopped here for a pint and dinner. Outstanding English flavors! Everything, and I mean, everything is fabulous! Order any dish with confidence! Highly recommend!

For us this place located in nowhere is just perfect - good food, good ambiance and lovely staff. Definitely worth the drive!

Probably the worst meal I have ever (almost) eaten! The fish was soaking wet! When I cut into it, liquid poured out! Inside, it was a horrible piece of fish. Outside, I'm unsure how to describe the batter. Crunchy & crispy, it was not! I had it exchanged, but v.2.0 was equally inedible! What you see in the picture is how I left it. Very disappointing, given the good reviews I'd read before choosing to go there. Never again.
