Great little pub in the small village of Westcott! The food here is great and staff are friendly. We were able to sit outside on the raised decking as the weather was lovely, it was really enjoyable. The only downside to this pub is it needs a refurbishment or least a new coat of paint on the inside and out, and the decking could do with some new floorboards as many don't seem stable. But overall the food and respectful staff make up for this. Looking forward to my next visit! :)

Eaten here a few times.. Always great plus super friendly staff

Friendly staff, good ales and above average pub grub. Worth a visit for sure.

Limited menu but good selection within that. Carnivore, veggie and vegan. Scallops and bacon with sides were delicious. Mushroom risotto good too. Desert was a little disappointing. Deconstructed banoffe. Should have tried another. The menu didn't warn of the assembly. Decent beer. Pleasant outdoor surroundings. Good service. Hi again.

Really disappointing! Came for dinner but kitchen closed and only available for cricket team. Settled for a drink and to go to the playground bit but that’s been removed. Disappointed!

Great beer, friendly staff, good food, worth a look. The quiz on first Thursday of the month (8PM) is worth a look to! Suggest booking a table before hand for that!

Very nice meal. Good variety of choices on menu and everything we had was well prepared. Good sized portions. Even our 3 year old grandson had a generous plate of food.Comfortable environment with interesting décor.Prices very reasonable for the quality of food. Only slight niggle was the meals were brought out with quite large time gaps.Lovely to have a bottle of water and glasses on table.Toilets clean.Parking easy.Outside tables and play area for children.Easy access for wheelchairs & buggies.

A very nice pub with excellent ambience. Thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday roast, Pork with all the trimmings followed by a superb peach and pear crumble being my choice :-). The staff were superb and played a major part in enabling myself and friend, both wheelchair users to access the premises. We both felt very welcomed and despite us taking up their time at a very busy period of the day enabled us both to enjoy the occasion. The car park is adequate but I will point out going up to the pub there is an incline of around 60% in places although the surface is tarmac. If a manual wheelchair user, strong arms are required and if reliant on battery power, fully charged batteries are necessary :-). I look forward to revisiting the Prince of Wales and will phone advising of my intent in order they can unlock the double doors adjacent to the ramp. Thank you again for a very enjoyable Sunday lunch.

A favourite haunt of mine. This restaurant offers top quality food and there is a wide selection of beers on tap. The ample parking is free for customers and the staff are always friendly. Look to the specials menu for the best meals.

After a trip to the silent pool we stopped here for Sunday lunch. Had a delicious pork roast with fresh vegtables, all cooked to perfection. Food was excellent value and the staff were friendly and helpful. Next time we are passing will definitely pop in. Highly recommended.
