The Star in Mole Valley

Great food. Staff were friendly and helpful. They did not rush us and stayed open until we were ready to leave. It was a big party and they were well organised with the drinks and food. We will definitely be going again.

Came here to celebrate a family birthday and had a wonderulful meal. Everything was delicious! There were so many interesting options on the menu it was hard to choose what to have. The food tasted great and served with plenty of vegetables. It was all cooked just perfectly. The award winning yorkshire pudding certainly lived up to it's reputation. The service was very efficient and friendly especially as it was a busy Sunday and we were a large table. Would highly recommend a visit!

Lovely surroundings and interior of restaurant. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and polite, it was lovely to experience such 5 star service in this lovely restaurant.The food menus were diverse and a good choice of dishes for fish, meat and vegetarian eaters. Beer selection was wide and varied, really enjoyed the ales.Will definitely be back to try the Sunday dinner.

We booked a table as a treat for mother's day and we will be back again soon, the venue and staff were absolutely lovely and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We drove over from Doncaster and the drive was well worth it 👌 😉 👍

We book a monthly table at The Star. The service is excellent, Kaye, our usual waitress is absolutely lovely. The food is superb and it's great value for the quality on offer. Decent portion sizes, we never come away hungry. Thank you for providing such excellent food in East Yorkshire, historically we've had to leave the area for such quality food. It's always a real treat going to the Star which we all look forward to. Already looking forward to our next booking.

Excellent gastro pub, lost in rural East Yorkshire, really beautiful location where you can enjoy excellent British food! The highlight for us was their award winning Yorkshire pudding... One incredibly delicious plate of food!!

Excellent food,friendly staff and a lovely place to sit and have a meal. Could not fault anything.
