Amalfi in New Forest

Very pleasant experience. Food was excellent and service friendly and quick. We stayed on for extra drinks and were not made to feel unwelcome. Would definitely come back.

Service here was great. Pizza come out within about 5 minuites of ordering, so we weren't in here for too long. Great if you are extremely hungry that's for sure 🍕. Pizza was good, a more traditional Neapolitan style pizza rather than the New York Style Slice.

Food was ok, the pizza was what could only be described as wet, it was literally dripping, the pasta was nice. The only thing I felt was that we were hurried through the whole experience. We were in and out within an hour, the food came before the drinks, not quite the night out we were expecting.

Loved this place, yummy food, fantastic staff and quick service. Went twice in our 5 day stay. Would recommend!

I would not recommend. Service was poor and the food was disappointing. A starter was brought along with main and I was not even asked. An additional starter came that we did not order. They brought water to the table without any glasses. The pasta and the sauce for the seafood linguine was most likely store bought and is certainly not made fresh. No fresh cheese or pepper was offered with meal at the table The pizza was alright but nothing special.

Ate here on our 1st night, excellent. Following a terrible experience at Cafe Rouge, decided to play safe, and return to Amalfi twice more. Thoroughly deserving of our 5 star rating, with excellent service from lovely staff. Everyone we interacted with was happy, helpful and professional, giving accurate guidance on the menu, when asked. In particular our waitress Lisa, waiter Steven, Sarah, and both supervisors we met, we're brilliant, making it a great dining experience.

Firstly, we didnt have a booking and the gentleman was super helpful and found us a table even though they were busy.The drinks i.e coke & juice was nice. The fries were also nice and crispy.Tiramisu was also nice.Everything else was bland and tasteless.

Visited with my toddler son and husband last week for dinner.Inside is lovely, lots of bench style seats and booths.Food was good (like Prezzo tbh) nothing special but fine.Kids menu is good and we got some colours to keep my son busy.Service was hit and miss. My meal didn't come out with the rest, had to chase the drinks but the waitress was very apologetic.All in all, good sized portions and nice food.

First meal here, super service and stunning food, I would rate it alot higher than some of the major chains, Calamari was top notch and the pizza was perfectly blended flavours, great start to the holiday, would reccomend highly!
