Anchor Inn in New Forest

Decent selection of beers. Food wasn't good on one of our visits but was fine on another. Location is nice at high tide overlooking the marina.

Me and my hubby have been going to the Anchor for around 5 years as it's our local, however we have only just started to have regular meals there over the last few months. The food is delicious and so much more then your normal pub grub! We love it. The food is always fresh, homemade and there is a good variety to choose from. I like the fact that they do a good sea food, fish selection. The prices are reasonable too. Staff are friendly and its dog friendly so perfect for us and our fur baby! Best pub food in Totton.

Good location and atmosphere, excellent food at a fair price and friendly service. Will go again, soon I hope.

Excellent meal with my son yesterday. One of the best places for food in the area, with excellent polite service. You gotta try it. Had the pan fried Sea bass which was so tasty whilst my son had the lasagne.....big thanks to the staff and landlady kirstie. Keep up the good work 👏

Had a Sunday roast there today, couldn't fault it, in fact it was absolutely delicious. Got busy when we there so I would recommend booking. Good selection of beers/cider great location and staff

Perfectly fine café with excellent service. Nothing particularly fancy food wise, but I certainly enjoyed a good decaf coffee and a toastie. Worth a stop if you need a snack!edit: oops, the above isn't accurate. I intended to write the above review for a cafe, not for this pub.The Anchor Inn is still a perfectly good pub, no complaints!

Incredible tapas. Portions were really generous & the six dishes we tried were all absolutely delicious. Service was fast & staff were really friendly. We arrived with no expectations, we left ready to recommend to as many people as possible.
