Bradbeers Restaurant in New Forest

Great to have a department store in New Milton.Always have the things I need,today it was a variety of different 🎀 ribbons.Well worth a visit, three floors including ladles clothes and make up.

So nice to have a department store in new milton and I always enjoy a browse. A particular shout out to the assistants in haberdashery who were extremely friendly and helpful when trying to pick out curtain fabric.

Used the cafe on Wednesday 20/4/22. had an amazing lunch,panini with brie and bacon, chips and salad,really lovely friendly waitresses,couldn't wish for better.Returned today 22/4/22 and what a difference, ordered the same but when we got it,no chips ,so when I asked we was told.."we've got no gas" there was half a dozen crisps instead, should have been told this when we ordered. Confusion over doing a black coffee and a white one with how to do the milk. Wasnt given any cutlery, had to ask. An elderly lady knocked a drink over but the waitress (standing facing her)made no attempt to help till I asked her to,but then she just took some serviettes and passed them to the lady to do it herself. no help at all.. Even when we went to pay it was a muddle.. so not a very good experience today.. but brilliant a few days ago.

Nice Store. Plenty of choice in all departments. Good quality , mostly by friendly helpful service. Menswear excellent, Drapery need to pull their Socks up a bit.

Great shop, everyone friendly. I only wanted a needle and cotton, however found it easily.

Lovely old fashioned department store. We always visit the restaurant on the top floor, which has interesting daily specials as well as good toasted sandwiches, baked potatoes and all the things you expect. Bradbeers know their clientele and give them what they need.

Bradbeers, is a department store from another time. It is family run by locals, who can be seen cycling into work. With small departments that have a few trendy brands, such as White Stuff, Seasalt and Barbour. While at the same time my 80 year old mum loves their traditional clothing.With a kitchen store, perfumery and café, it hits above its weight.
