Chip N Tails in New Forest

Great little chippy!! It’s been there for a quarter of a century so they must be doing something right!! The staff are always friendly and the food is cooked to order so always fresh and hot!! It doesn’t matter what you order it all tastes brilliant. They don’t take card payments but I don’t think that should reflect on the quality of food they produce!! Excellent work!! Keep up the high standards 👍🏻

Great fish and chips and service 👌

Chips were cold and greasy the pie crust very hard and cold meat in the middle need to get the fryer from Dibden down there to show them how to do it. Had to give one star but its not even worth that

Just visited for the first time very clean and fish was to order but staff were not wearing masks but made the customer wait outside in the coldThe fish was nice as was the batter Light and crispy however the chips were just awful all hard end bits that were inedible and the fish cake was a tad dry and at £1.75 was a complete ripOff. Will not be using this place again

Stopped off to chip and Tails on the way home with my friend. We both had a large battered sausage, chips and curry sauce. Freshly cooked to order. The curry sauce was delicious as well. Will definitely be going back!

Myself and several family members ordered from here. They managed to get 14 meals done in a timely manner, and all correct! Fantastic tasting food and wonderfully sized portions!

Had a lovely meal fish and chips fresh and tasty. Great service good value for money large portion.

This has always been our go to chip shop on holybank & tonight was no exception we always love our fish lightly battered and the two lovely ladies that were there this Tuesday evening are always very friendly and very welcoming , it was delicious , thank you see you soon X

Great Fish and Chips, it was my first time trying from here. Couldn't fault it. We had a haddock, battered sausage, peas curry sauce, fishcake and large chips between two of us. Not bad portion size and reasonably priced. I will be returning next time i fancy chips !
