Costa Coffee in New Forest

I grab a coffee from here at least once a week. Its always spotless and the facilities are always clean too. The staff are all lovely and guess what?. They all smile, Great customer service especially the young lad with the nail art.

Why is it when you order a drink your cup comes with a handle that a toddler would struggle to hold?! Get bigger handles!

Good service, very well spaced seating and tables. Price rises a bit steep recently, like all Costsa Coffee shops.

Not a great coffee at Costa New Milton they haven't a clue how to make a cappuccino same applies to other Costas i have visited training required

I think we return visited on a bad day the que was slow the ladies were not clearing the tables, my cake was sickly sweet, and other customers were complaining that this place had gone down.

Guys serving were very polite & quick. I ordered a Terry's Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate. A little disappointed as not a lot of flavour & not very hot.😔

Never had a bad experience here! Staff friendly service is quick and if there's an issue or slow down they tell you an apologise!

Coffee was well below average,staff pleasant establishment was like the toasties not good .

Popped in this morning on the way to the station, at around 9ish, prompt service, coffee to its usual standard... soy cappuccino... this is a popular place as by the time I left the queue stretched to the door and staff were busy serving.

The team at this Costa are very polite and friendly which made us feel very welcome. Great brews, food and snacks with plenty of cosy seating. Toilets are available as expected with any decent coffee shop.The only negative about this branch is it was fairly busy when we arrived and the queue to be served shares the same little space that people are seated and therefore you constantly need to keep moving to allow them to pass either because they have been to the toilet or they are leaving.The other nag is more towards Costa as a whole! I really wish they did a Star Bucks style caramel macchiato which is Milk, Brewed Espresso, Vanilla Syrup and Caramel Sauce!
