Dama Pizza & Kebab in New Forest

Worst food ever.... we were told half an hour wait which turned to one and a half hours. We finally left to take what we thought was our food home to get home to find they had sent us off with the wrong order. We asked that they come and collect the wrong order which we were told they would and recook our order to find it was the same original order that was stone cold soggy food which went in the bin.. Thanks alot. Hungry children which we had to cook them alternative food.. would not recommend or use again.

I placed my order nearly 2 hours ago I phoned the shop and they said it was just leaving for delivery but still it has still not arrived.

Do not order in Uber , they won’t deliver. We waited over and hour and half to realise our food wasn’t coming despite them taking our money and closing…yes closing before delivering our food. Absolutely disgusting and I will be attending the restaurant to speak with the manager and I will also be seeking to have them removed from Uber eats

It took 2 and a half hours for my delivery of Southern fried chicken and chips ? I rang after 90 minutes and was told a couple of minutes but 45 minutes passed and they stopped answering the phone. I was on my way to collect a refund when they finally turned up. Well, chips were cold and soggy and the coating on the chicken was horrible, the worse fried chicken I've ever had.

Shocking service to start! Waited 2 hours for our food even though it says 90 and leave a little extra for busy periods who in their right mind would wait 2 hours for their food is a joke expecially with young children. Literally called the restaurant like 10 times not once did they answer to even query where our food was. Will literally not recommend this restaurant to anyone will never use again!!!!

It took well over two hours for a rather simple order to be delivered from Just Eat. Customer service was non-existent as they failed to pick up the phone. My wife had given up and had gone to bed by the time the order finally arrived but they refused even a partial refund. One to avoid.

Absolute shambles. 2 hours late, cold, phoned up to ask where it was, phone put down on me. Will never use them again and I'd strongly advise that anyone with any sense not to use this so called kebab House.

They don not even deserve one star! 2 hours for delivery when the promise within 1 hour. Food is cold, not what we ordered. Have given them several chances and each time it's the same! Even when we plan ahead and allow 2 hours it was 2 hours 30 mins!!!!

Ordered 20 mins in adanvce turned up don't accept card went to cash machine which wasn't working got told to order online so after another 10 mins messing about with payment got told my order would be a couple of minutes. Another good 10/15 mins later its finally ready so I take it home to discover half the order missing. Called up but because its 9.01pm they won't answer the phone so I've just paid £17 for half a meal after being made to run about and wait longer than acceptable. Shocking ahocking service will not be returning.

Never ordering from here again. Food was cold, wrong and missing a drink and cheese on chip's, with sauce that wasn't wanted or asked for on everything. I phoned and was told I didn't order cheese on chips but when double checking the bill I found I had and was told they sent out a drink.... still waiting.50 mins later..... its HERE!! THE DRINK IS HERE.The 1 ⭐ is for cold food that tasted OK and can't put 0 ⭐.
