Domino's Pizza in New Forest

Have had about 7 orders go wrong so far this year with the Lymington branch. I've had cold pizza, missing toppings, wrong toppings, missing dips, damaged/dropped looking pizza, pizza which has not been cut properly and so on... The drivers are always nice and are the only reason Domino's deserves 1 star.

I'm just waiting for my oven to warm up after you delivered 2 cold pizzas nearly 2 hours after we ordered. Half an hour ago I phoned you and you said the driver had already left, I live 5 minutes from your store. Appalling service, we're a regular customer and this has happened for our last few orders. Very disappointing. Wont be ordering from you again.

The pizza as always, was lovely..... however.....we ordered from the app. We were told it was ready, drive there, 10mins.....went in, our name wasn't on the board, didn't seem to know about our order, no words, just mumbled! Waited longer, asked again....more mumbles. Then after another 20 mins, we were given our pizza. Not even a sorry to keep you waiting....🙈

We have regularly ordered and usually good though last one wasn't great. Today gave them another go and my son inadvertently ordered bbq sauce instead of tomato. He called them and the person who eventually answered was abrupt and pretty much gave him a lecture about ordering correctly and make sure you pay attention. Then order still had bbq sauce and sides were missing.I called and was told off for not reporting sides missing even though we called straightaway and told the driver! Have been regular customers for couple of years but service and quality are no longer good enough

Not as good as has been in the past, mainly due to delivery issues. Had to wait an hour to be told that it was collection only. Didn't fancy collecting as I was in my comfies so asked for a refund. Was told would take up to 10 days so bit the bullet and collected. Very pleasant when I got there (looking awesome in my comfies), and obviously under a lot of pressure from disgruntled comstomers, gave me an extra side as compo.

Very slow service here yesterday. We ordered in advance at 7pm and the app said 10-15 minutes, got to the store and our order name was on the board and it said 8 minutes. We waited over half an hour outside and looked again and it still said 8 minutes. Lots of other people were waiting, I appreciate they may have been short staffed or something but they could have informed us it would be such a long wait as we might have then eaten elsewhere. Pizzas were delicious as always though!

They should have their franchise taken away as the service is so poor. We ordered 2 pizzas a few weeks ago and the app told us they were on their way. 2 hrs later the app said they had been delivered but no pizza. Tried calling and there was no answer. Received a refund the next day with no apology. We thought we would try one last time to see if they would redeem themselves so ordered pizzas last night to be told that there would be a very long wait as we were 3 miles from their store. I then explained what happened previously and wanted to know if they would actually deliver and was told by a very rude and stroppy staff member that it would be unlikely. Unbelievably poor service from a national chain. They should learn from the smaller local outfits how to treat their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR SATURDAY NIGHT WAITING FOR PIZZA THAT PROBABLY WONT BE DELIVERED.

Domino's Lymington cancelled my order because of short staff and promise a refund in 4, 5 days. Not acceptable for a company like this with an online service running. Very disappointed, I use to be a regular customer.

Worse service ever 2hours to arrive 5 phone calls later still no refund as promised pizza was like cardboard and freezing cold 1st and last time

First time ordering from Domino's and we took advantage of their buy one get one free (collection only).I absolutely loved both choices, crisp tasty bottoms with plenty of topping and sufficient dip for each slice.Best take away pizza by far!!!
