Framptons in New Forest

Nice venue with a concise daytime menu. Very tasty sausages between what I think was fried sourdough. The bread was too greasy and may have been better toasted. Good cup of tea and on the whole a positive experience

Nice decor and staff but we sat with our coats on our entire lunch because it was cold, roast was tasteless and beef really chewy. Server didn’t really care and advised he would pass on to the chef. Paid full price when I eat less than half. Not worth the money.

Excellent service, couldn't decide on what to have at brunch so ordered two choices. Couldn't fault anything.

Had a fabulous breakfast. Very pleasant, attentive staff. The food was well presented, good ingredients and lovely atmosphere. Excellent value. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were on holiday in the New Forest and decided to book a table at Framptons for our Sunday lunch. Unfortunately there must have been a misunderstanding on the phone as I asked for a Sunday roast. When we arrived our waitress explained that they had stopped offering this option and then told us that our choice our Battered fish and chips was also not available.We decided to leave and walked down to a pub serving a Sunday roast.As a matter of good service all omissions from the menu should be imparted to customers on first contact by the waiting staff.

My first experience here was spectacular. From customer service to the ambience of the place, the restaurant is a perfect place if you're looking for amazing food and time in the heart of Ringwood. I would 10/10 recommend the place and would definitely visit for the wonderful experience especially to try their continental breakfast 😊

Ok, I have a question...or two...Who in the kitchen here adds salt to ALL the salads?😮I'm fact, who overly salted everything we had!?🤔But going back to question one...SALAD + A TON OF SALT = WRONGI can't abide by such complete failures in a kitchen... especially when spending a lot of money on a limited menu.I get the business approaching it with the "add salt, make them drink more" logic...but this was...just... terrible and judging their clientele wrong.By all means try this place...but watch their inability to regulate sodium content in your orders because it just ruined it all.Note:5 x people, who had a steak, a duck salad, a burger, mussels and a veggie burger as mains.All overly salted.Staff were friendly enough, but when you want to go out fir dinner somewhere you expect to be able to enjoy it...
