Goodies Fish & Chips in New Forest

Good service very nice food not expensive for what i got could improve on the chip sizes like actually having medium small and large

The young guy with the tattoo on his arm seems nice. I go there regularly. Good stuff

Seems perfect to me as far as the food is concerned..could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented but did enough..the food is a winner winner fish dinner..

Went for dinner with my mum Friday night.You have the choice to sit in a little resturant and eat or take away.We chose to sit in and its lovely. Surrounded by Saints memorabilia and signed shirts. Food is brought to you quick and the service is friendly.Goodies Fish and Chips is delicious as always.I've done the take away a few times as well and is safe, quick and good. Currently they ask you to wait outside for collection but they are so quick as their service it doesn't matter.100% recommend. Been going since I was a child.

Very disappointing. Went out of our way to get our supper from here. There was a missing item and another that was different to what was asked for. Chips under par from normal quality. Fish ok but could have bought better ( thicker and chunkyer)from our local at half the price.. wish i had gone there now to be honest.

1st time In here, was getting chips for 3 of us, 3 pea fritters and 2 curry sauce. Was given massive bags, service was rude, asked what size chips they do, the response, we only do medium, so for 3 of us I said I'll get 2 mediums, all cost nearly £13, got to my nieces opened them up and the photo reveals the 2 portions of medium chips on 1 plate, not enough for 3 of us and just enough to make a chip roll each.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DONT BOTHER GOING THERE!

Excellent service very friendly, food was excellent recommend to anyone. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time will be visiting again.

Dined in here recently and standard of fish dropped immensely. Very disappointed. Fish was like slop; bits and pieces put together. Definitely not cod as ordered. Usually enjoy fish and chips here😢

If you havn't been here before: Don't come here ever. The last time I got fish and chips here the young staff behind the counter were rude and had an attitude problem. The food was more expensive than any other fish and chip outlet and they serve you small amounts for what you pay. Don't bother taking small groups and families inside the restaurant for lunch. Go elsewhere

I have been to Goodies before and staff were friendly. This time, the staff were horrible. Asking them questions and ordering was like too much effort for them. Ordered the fish and chips. You could count my chips, whereas the couple on tge next table was piled high. The seating is absolutely disgusting, sticky, brown and dirty. This should be sorted out, especially these days of covid. Really gone downhill.
