Really great country pub with extensive and tasty menu - proper quality cooking here!Good selection of local beers and a good selection of children's play equipment outside.*Booking definitely recommended* - this place books up quickly, which says it all really!

Amazing place! Loads of non alcoholic drinks on offer as well as great beer. Incredible food that arrived very quickly (the lasagne was to die for). And a Beautiful garden that was quiet when we went mid afternoon in the sun. All facilities were spotlessly clean and tidy. Will absolutely come back many more times and bring friends ☺️

Great pub and lovely ambience. We visited during the platinum jubilee weekend. We were a largish group of 9 with 5 adults and 4 kids and the service was top notch. The food portions were generous and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Great pies, good quality fish used in the fish and chips. I'm sure that other items on the menu will stand up when we return again. Friendly, accommodating service. Very reasonably priced. All that we'd hoped for in a pub on a day out. Thanks.

Had an absolutely lovely afternoon here on Saturday with our party of 8. Such a relaxed atmosphere and everyone enjoyed their meals. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to bring our own birthday cake (they stored it until we finished our meals and then brought out with candles). We will definitely be back!!! :)

This is possibly the best pub restaurant I've ever had the pleasure to eat in. Wonderful food, great staff. Good range of drinks. Excellent menu and always have good range of specials. We always visit this place when in the area. Cant recommend this highly enough. Make sure you book before hand. Cant wait until next time.

Stunning place to eat and chill out. Food is exceptionally well presented and reasonable priced. Staff are very friendly, plus it's a dog friendly place.

This is a lovely place to wine and dine, kid friendly and dog friendly, lovely country pub is very busy in the evening, so it would be wise to book ahead in advance. Nice food to, yes would recommend the Hare & Hounds. Lovely outdoor dining area,to the side of the building all lit with lovely lights in the evening, a smoking area to the right hand side of the entrance too, kids menu too and dog beds and covers are offered to your pooches too to use.

Really cute pub which is very dog friendly. There is a spacious carpark next door so it's easy to access. There are many tempting options on the menu, but going on a Sunday I was tempted by the three meat roast, which includes turkey, beef and pork. You get an enormous Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, plenty of fresh vegetables as well as roast potatoes cooked to absolute perfection. Only warning it is a lot of food, but when it's that good, you just need to find room for it! Sadly due to how full I was, there was no space for dessert
