Great takeaway, shame they upped their prices and the delivery threshold has been increased by £8 to £38. Also its cheaper to ring through your order than ordering on line, why? Finally, please get in the 21st century and accept card payments!

Service was good. I thought I'd have a long wait as they were very busy but that wasn't the case. Food was great! Will definitely be going again.

Food good, but not good enough 2 hours for delivery.

27/11/2 Update - my latest experience. I placed an order online, The time it said it would be ready was in 1 hour! I eventually went to collect it. and was told it was not ready and would be a further 5 minutes. ... 10 minutes after that it was finally ready. During the wait in the shop far from living up to it's name it was a freezing and depressing environment with sad looking customers, non happy looking front of house staff and there was permanent arguing heard from the back kitchen The place appears run as a shambles with no leadership. This time on getting the food home we found it bland with no authentic Chinese taste. I have made tastier myself and certainly quicker. I'll be going to another Chinese next time, but not for a while, personally I can not recommend this place.Food good & refurbished shop great but watch out for lousy customer service. I had a 40 minute wait for my order during which time I saw:* People who had ordered coming in to collect and having a 10-15 minute wait.* Orders being taken over the phone without names added which later made it difficult to give right orders to the right people* The order of tickets passed to the kitchen mixed up (not fifo)* No smiles & poor comms between the till staff & customers* Cash only transactions* food orders hanging around in heat bags waiting for delivery* People on the phone being told delivery not available and a 40 minute wait in place.Hopefully the can sort this out with some mature management in place

Without a doubt the best Chinese takeaway I have ever found and trust me I have tried many.Never ever had a bad dish from here.There is usually quite a wait for delivery but considering how good the food is its hardly surprising.

Nice portions of pork chow main but not enough spare ribs. Apart from that it's good

Delicious food. All looked fresh and made with love. Delivery came as stated and friendly. Even had free pancake rolls which were very tasty. I often get palpitations from msg in Chinese food, but I didn’t suffer any after my meal from here. Overall very happy and super service thank you.

I ordered the seafood in garlic sauce and the hot and sour soup online. The seafood pan fry dish was very delicious with lots of fresh seafood (prawns, scallops, squid). The portion was big. I specially requested the hot and sour soup to be vegetarian and the chef did it for me. The soup was perfect to my liking. The food was ready within 5 mins of the pick up time. They were very good value of their quality.
