Jalfrezy in New Forest

Ordered a lamb Rogan for the wife ,I had mixed kebab,and a mixed biriany 2-04-22Then on the Sunday I started to feel ill ,after 4 days I went to the dr's I have a stool sample,,on the Friday I was told I had campylobacter,severe food poisoning,the wife has been fine ,but I have struggled with this for over a week ,I'm sorry but the prices they charge ,they should make sure it's fresh and cooked properly, absolutely gutted ,and neve again,it's put me off take aways for a long time

Ordered two currys 27/03/22Unfortunately the rice was missing from the order.they said if I went to shop they would give me a free rice. Great not free as I had ordered and paid for it already.Bit like ordering fish and chips and not getting the chips !!!Ordered through uber so had to claim money back from them.not users fault.Rubbish service, wouldn't use again

Placed an online order, turned up in good time but unfortunately two parts of the order were missing worth £7 and one of the main courses were wrong. Sort of ruined the whole experience.

Awful service. Tried here for the first time as didnt want to collect an order. 5 to 25mins the wait time said on uber eats. Over 2 hours we waited for bits of our order to be missing. I then called the restaurant to get a drunk customer answer the phone and shouting down the phone and hanging up several times.so I finally drove there and the staff were not apologetic at all

Ordered at 18:10. Meant to be delivered between 18:50 and 19:10 called twice with no answer of why it hasn’t arrived. Just being told it’s out for delivery which it isn’t by seem of itAwful service won’t be using again

Enjoyed a lovely curry here and good company made it better because there was a delay ordering and serving however must have been busy as alot of couriers coming in and out whilst we were waiting. Overall pleasant service and great food.

This is the second time I have ordered from your restaurant. The first time I ordered for collection. When I arrived there was a host of customers waiting for collection being given free drinks due to delays. I was given a drink and waited almost an extra half from proposed collection time. Tonight I have ordered roughly 19.45 and your web advised an hour delivery. It is now 20.19 and still waiting. I called 15mins ago and advised my delivery was out. I'm still waiting. This is very poor service. It seems you bite off more than you can chew. I won't be using you as my local again.

Visited with friends on Saturday 17th July, our first visit. Spotlessly clean, excellent friendly service and the best Indian food any of us have enjoyed for a very long time. Will definitely return!!

Authentic food and top service. The team advised it's a family business and take a lot of pride in their work. The lamb dish I ordered was balanced and just as I expected. If you ever stop by Southampton, make sure to pop in. Delivery service also available.

Ordered a delivery - it arrived almost 20 minutes late. Was kind of expected on a Friday evening though so was no bother. Food was hot and looked nice. Good price for the portion sizes. Lots of meat which was cooked perfectly. Naan bread fresh and fluffy. We enjoyed our curries very much but found them all to be slightly on the sweet side as though maybe the tomato’s hadn’t been simmered down long enough. Although they was very spicy and flavourful the sweetness put me off a little. We usually order from another Indian but this one is closer so thought we would try but unfortunately haven’t been converted. It may just be my taste, they was still very nice curries.
