Kfc in New Forest

Worst take away i have ever had!!! Ordered a chicken fillet, the chicken was over cooked and rock hard, very very little sauce and almost nothing else. I had two bites and put the rest in the bin. Will never go back, a waste of time and money.

Won't bother wasting my money at the New Milton KFC until they take the business seriously.I am shocked how a new business can be failing so miserably from day one.It starts at the top, so management are getting it completely wrong and they appear to be employing all the wrong people.This business won't last unless it gets its act together.

Given 1 star as can't give 0. Where do we start ordered off deliveroo half the food was missing no drinks with meals either. So start eating the half that was sent it's cold and my chicken burger was mainly gristle. Avoid this restaurant as a bin would provide better quality food

Visited here on Thursday evening. Was about to walk in the door and saw a group of teenage boys sat at a table throwing food at the server behind the counter, then he started throwing food back at them, they were having a food fight! We felt very intimidated so decided not to go in! Also could see the touch machines were out of order too, will not be visiting again, clearly no great management and being run by children

1st time to the new KFC in New Milton. Very easy to find right on the traffic light junction. Spotless clean , good food and good service

Staff were friendly and courteous. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I got four pieces of rib as my sister and I only like white meat. Chicken was very meaty, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Chips were lovely so was the gravy. Everything was piping hot and delicious. Inside the store itself was very clean and tidy considering the high volume of customers. We are having friends over on Friday for a 12.30 lunch. We have all had it before and will be ordering KFC for everyone and looking forward to it. It's so nice to have another restaurant in town offering up another choice and all within walking distance for the elderly and delivery for those without a car. Top it all off with 20 new jobs for all ages and more taxes paid into local Government koffers to invest in other needs for New Milton.

Awful!! Staff clearly not trained and took forever to get our food.. when we did finally get the food, it was weirdly packed and missing part of the order as well. The coffee was half full and it look and tasted awful.. not a great experience at all.. Not sure if we will ever return again..

Worst kfc I've ever had, I ordered online. When it came half the order was missing and what was left of it looked like it had been put together using god knows what left overs. I'd heard bad reviews but wanted to try for myself before judging but honestly don't waste your money, what a disappointment for a brand new establishment.

This is the most disgusting sweet corn I’ve ever seen from KFC, Dosent take a genius to see before even cooking this was off and from a new shop that’s just opened is unacceptable I highly recommend avoiding the new Milton KFC

First time at new Milton KFC, around 5pm, till lady was kind enough to give a quick run down of some things I could have off the menu because I forgot my glasses. Wait was not long to order or get food (take away) but the self screens were not working so people ended up clustering near the door, just as a warning. Probably will get fixed soon. Food itself were the standard chips, three pieces of fillet, and recommend to me by the tiller (to have for the first time) garlic buttermilk mayo. Overal, very nice.
