Lal Quilla Indian Restaurant in New Forest

Very disappointed, this is the first time we have ever sent a meal back. Wife had a prawn dish, struggled cutting the prawns and my friend had a lamb dish that was inedible. Give this place a miss

Just now had a food here....all the food we ordered here are tasteless....we ordered bhindi bhaji, tarka daal, chicken masala, chicken biryani....in chicken masala only onions n some capsicum pieces are there 1or 2 pieces of chicken only is there... remaining food are also very tasteless......need to improve taste....very disappointing....

Pathetic food. And unfortunately the food was abysmal as well. Give it a miss. Lots of other options I town which deserve interest.

Just had Chicken Rogan Josh and a plain naan. It was absolutely delicious, the delivery guy was very polite (and on time), the food was hot, and well packaged. It was so much nicer than the takeaway at Pennington, which has gone downhill now (for poppadum pickles, you just get weird coloured liquid now, cheapskates). This will now be my ‘go to’ Indian takeaway. Yum!

In for dinner last night and there was a really ugly altercation in the kitchen between staff...so ugly it caused customers to walk out, and as it continued to the front of the restaurant, parents were having to intervene to get the language moderated. Pretty much ruined the evening for me and I guess most people there. Trouble normally happens for a reason and these guys need to have a big think and get their restaurant under control. Won't be going back.

Excellent Meal, great varied tastes unlike many Indian restaurants I've tried. Will definitely eat here again when I'm visiting my friends. 😁👍

Fabulous, simply fabulous. Great service and gorgeous food. Lal Quilla's own red onion and something pickle with the popps was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our Murgh Nhagprui, Chicken Balti and Chicken Madras. 10/10 from all three of us. Highly recommended.

Really pleasing variety of flavours in the vegetarian dishes we ordered. Good portions and great value..even included a free Cobra beer for a £21 takeaway!
