"Welcome to The Lamb Inn The Lamb Inn nestles on the County boundary of Wiltshire and Hampshire. The Inn is in Wiltshire but the first steps are in Hampshire. The border formerly ran through the pub itself and as closing time was earlier in Hampshire there was a quick move into the Wiltshire bar to get extra drinking time at the end of the evening! The pub is now a charming family run business offering a wide range of delicious home cooked food which is complimented with a good selection of real ales, lagers, wines and spirits. In the summer the award winning beer garden is an ideal place to relax or In the winter The Lamb Inn offers a open log fire to warm you up after a walk in the Forest."

Lovely, been twice in the last few months. Had lovely meals and great service both times. They also had several gluten free choices for my daughter, which were clearly marked on the menu.

This place is fantastic! Great service, good portions and the food is just amazing whether you order a 3 meat roast or a burger it's fresh and home cooked. The desserts are to die for especially the amazing cheesecakes. I've currently munched through mixed Berry, oreo and strawberry and each one has been out of this world delicious. So happy this place is so local to us!

Staff were great. No baby facilities in the gents but they provided me with a quiet area around back. Food is average with generous portions. I would suggest you order the sandwich varieties to avoid disappointment. Overall a good little stopping off place after a walk in the forrest

Really nice food and awesome staff. Molly was fantastic. Bit more than I would usually pay but overall it was worth it. Will definitely go again for a Sunday roast. The chicken breast was lovely and lots of it. A few more veg would have been nice though. Hardly one portion let alone two. Still gave 5 stars because I think it was more an error than 'the usual'.

Amazing food. We really loved it. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my partner had turkey escalopes special. They came with fries and a coleslaw with rocket, which was frankly spectacular.The portions were huge, great value for money, and of superb taste. We also had the sticky toffee pudding desert with vanilla ice cream, and it was one of the best I have ever had in a pub.Finally, the owner was friendly and the staff checked in on us frequently, which is a great touch that a lot of other places are missing. We felt really welcome, and appreciated their care with regards to distancing and masks.Will 100% go back!

Really great food! Very friendly staff. Very dog friendly. Had a delicious veggie burger here and some delicious New Forest ice cream. Definitely recommend this lovely spot in the New Forest.

My family and I ventured out to the New Forest last Sunday for Sunday lunch and we were so glad The Lamb had space for 5 and a pup. Roast dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. All staff members were friendly and attentive, to my dog as well, getting water and treats. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so!

Very nice place. Loved reading about the history of the founders and the journey of their business from the pictures on the walls.The food took a little time to come, but it was quite busy and the food came freshly made so I'm happy.Customer Service was nice and the toilet was clean and tidy.

Absolutely wonderful! The Lamb has been doing a beautiful job of catering to the community during this pandemic, with excellent food and a brilliant take away system. Today we had the most delicious roast beef Sunday lunch. I have never had such perfectly cooked beef. It was so soft you could cut it with your fork and tasted like heaven.All in all, my family and I have loved the Lamb since before this past year, but they have excelled during these hard times. They have wonderful gluten free options and are very happy to accommodate any dietary requirements if you ask, even if it isn't specifically listen on their menu.Would highly recommend!
