Lins Fish and Chip Shop in New Forest

Number 1 fish and chips, simple food done extremely well, today ordered for my family not one complaint from anyone them cod full of flavour chips crispy and fluffy perfect.The shop does get busy so best to ordered as the food is always cooked fresh.

Really disappointed! Read reviews and so diverted to here from our holiday base in the New Forest as looked forward to a good fish and chip supper in our caravan. It looked good but tasted of absolutely nothing, the fish was not moist flaky and white so not sure if stored too long but seemed stale, frozen not fresh - a real shame as the batter was good. Chips OK. Our take away was definitely not 5 stars, sorry.

This has got to be the best fish and chip take away in the country. Everything is always cooked to perfection and taste fantastic every time I've had them. Great price too. Small cod and chips mushy peas and a saverloy £8:20. Awesome.

Our recent "house sitter" suggested trying Lins fish n chips. I watched as the chips were scooped up and saw they were crispy. The meal was perfect and fingers crossed they stay the same

This take away serves up about the best fish and chips that we have had since moving down from London over 4 years ago. The batter is light and crispy and the chips are firm and well cooked, not swimming in fat. Will go back again when my diet allows. Portions are humongous, I am not sure how the cod ever got that big.
