McDonalds in New Forest

25 minute wait on drove thru.When it was delivered to the car, the mcflurries were literally liquid, no exaggeration, we sent them back. They missed out an entire quarter cheese large meal, and we only ordered that and 4 kids meals.Pretty poor. Manager apologized personally, said they were short staffed.They really should have done a recruitment drive months ago, as the kids break up for summer holidays this weekend and next weekend depending on school/college.

Visited here 2 months ago and we couldn't order ice cream as apparently the machine was broken. Visited here again a few days again and no ice cream or milk shakes available again!! Also couldn't go inside the restaurant to order or to use the toilets, so the drive thru was busy and slow.

It's a good one.However, I like to eat my meal in peace.I don't need the table staff telling me their problems and asking me family questions..I'm not in the slightest bit interested in any of that.I just want to be left alone to enjoy my meal.If it continues, I won't dine in the restaurant anymore.

A small but really good McDonald's. Every time I've been they've had a gentleman in a suit that greets you and takes the time to make sure you have a good experience. Seems like a lovely chap (he has always been busy with other customers, so I have yet to speak to him). The only reason I have not given this restaurant 5 stars is because they missed off one of the items in our order. Otherwise the food was good, arrived quickly and everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful.

This would be the best MaccyD I have ever been too if the car park was not so rubbish. The store itself is always clean and the staff are very nice and friendly. Just needs a little more space and a better car park set up, or perhaps a separate area to eat food from the drive through.

Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been in! Spotlessly clean, car park wasn't too busy both times we went in April. Clean tables and toilets. Food came quickly and fries were actually piping hot which I don't think I've ever experienced in my local branches. Even the McNuggets were crispy on the outside. Staff were friendly/efficient too. I normally go to branches in more central/urban areas and they are never this well run.

The frozen strawberry lemonades were sublime. It made me have 2!! I also believe Stuart was the most hard working worker I have seen. I loved his service and gave him a 20p tip! He is so appreciative and I believe he should get employee of the month.

This place was busy, you could tell that there was absolutely no communication between the staff and the mangers, they continued to proceed with orders and continued to get them wrong. Including mine, I was only there for 10 mins, but pretty much every order that was given out was brought back. I would recommend finding a different place for a quick meal.

At Burley Junction on A31. Not so clean there, toilets smelt.Got a parking fine of £100 for staying just over the 90 minutes. We had kids, needed feeding, toileting etc. Been driving for over 3 hours, so needed the break!!Won't be going back. Thanks McDonald's 🤬
