Otter Nurseries of Lymington in New Forest

We purchased a garden furniture set from Otter Nurseries last week - and when it arrived this week one of the cushions was of the wrong type (from another set). I drove there today hoping to be able to just exchange the cushion for a correct one but instead was told that I would need to sort it out with the manufacturer !!!I should have been more insistent but now I have go through the fun of sending everything to Supremo and hoping they will eventually send me a replacement. It's a shame as up to then I had been very impressed with both the centre and the staff.

Having not visited for ages I was very surprised at the range of plants and garden products. It has improved greatly. The selection of roses was amazing .

Lovely garden centre, well stocked & laid out. Cafe is also lovely, had toasted sandwich & cream tea, scone was huge & yummy. Friendly staff, well worth the visit. Will definitely go again.

Absolutely great. We met long separated family for lunch. The quality was great and the prices very fair. Everyone who walked around the garden sections loved them. If I lived here I could spend a lot of money there.

A great selection of quality plants at good prices. They have the best selection of garden ornaments, almost any animal statue you could wish for and many priced cheaper than online as well. Lots of other garden stuff too. Plenty of parking. I like it a lot. Just been again and had a good lunch as well.

Really impressed and surprised by the size of this garden centre. We stopped for lunch and a mooch around the shopping section rather than the plants, and spent a lovely couple of hours overall enjoying some food and exploring the shelves. Much bigger that it looks with ample parking and plenty of space. We’ll be back.

Brilliant service - I was looking for a tin container filled with winter flowering heathers and ferns for a tenth wedding anniversary gift. Although Otter didn't stock any tin containers, they gladly filled one that I bought elsewhere with plants from their shop. They did a great job and quickly. Really pleased with the results

Very very well set out garden centre with very well informed staff telling you how to look after your plants and where exactly they are situated within the garden centre very knowledgeable staff making you make the right choices for the plants you need. Highly recommended 🙂☺️

A lovely garden centre which we were very impressed by. The café/restaurant inside was absolutely brilliant, and we only had coffee and toasted teacake on this visit, but will be back for lunch next time. The tables are well spaced out, and we were really surprised at how big it is, with plenty of room..I'm in a wheelchair, and we could sit very comfortably at a table, staff seemed very friendly too..

First time here. Amazing place! Huge variety, excellent prices and super nice staff.
