Polly's Pantry Tea Rooms in New Forest

We were treated 5* by the amazing staff who were friendly and efficient... the tea shop is unique in its decoration and ambience will definitely visit again a gem for this beautiful village

Very quaint although the butter served with our toasted teacakes was rock hard

Good service, very reasonable prices.

Great for afternoon tea and cakes, even let you take small to medium sized well behaved dogs in, perfect after a walk on the sea wall.

Couldn't get a table as people were still sitting down after they had eaten their coffee and cake. Were told to walk round the block, we went back nobody had moved. So decided to do the takeaway, then take it to the seats over on the green. Disappointingly the cappuccino was very weak and watery and the cakes were very dry. Will not be going back.

Lovely tea rooms, had a very good cream tea. Friendly staff. Good menu. Would certainly visit again.

Fabulous! Best scones and cream!! Everyone is very lovely and extremely cautious with the current situation. They have very adequately made arrangements to ensure social distancing, which is an added bonus on top of the amazing food. Must visit!

My friend and I treated ourselves to a pot of tea each and some baked goodies while we were visiting the area. The coffee and walnut cake I had was moist and yummy, and my friend said he really enjoyed his cheese scone. It was service with a smile, too, which was nice :-) Thanks for having us.

Well for the food I would of given it another star possibly but it wasnt nice sitting down and watching the young girls who was serving sat at a near table on their phones wasting time ( surely they could do this out of sight) . We had just finished our food and having our last cup before leaving when we was asked if we wanted to pay the bill, feeling a flustered about it we got up paid and left.It's a shame because we liked the food and now I'm sure we won't be heading back in soon ☹️

Great local tea room, worst time to go for a meal is at lunch time. One new member of staff second day only, however very friendly and helpful recommended.
