Prezzo - Lymington in New Forest

Last month we went for a late dinner stood waiting at the door as the pillar in the entrance blocks the view, however their was plenty of staff on, restaurant was clean. Service was quick however I asked the waitress to change part of my order which on arrival was horribly mixed up. I was very disappointed by this mix up and as a result i would not be going here again.

Food served on cold plates so went cold very quickly even though it didn't seem that hot when it was served. Ravioli hard and penne was chewy. Wont be going back in a hurry

Stopped in on off chance in a day out in Lymington and got a table. Quick service with a smile. Great for a place to catch up with friends, clean, and bright and welcoming

Unfortunately room for improvement required especially with the Managements dress code which is totally unacceptable. The 2 young waitresses were well presented in their Prezzo uniforms. As for the Management, at least 5 of them, they blended in with the customers casual clothing. Is this a Prezzo policy?The food was acceptable but NO salmon or chocolate tart on a Saturday night?I was a regular at Prezzo and on your email subscription but will use other Italian restaurants now.Call me if necessary to discuss.

Good, but wouldn't say great. The food was edible, but I didn't think "yum" or "wow". The service was a bit below par, and then they got the bill wrong at the end too, took them ages to try and fix it and still got it wrong. Been there before and didn't think it was that messy back then, seems Covid has confused them.

Food good. Staff friendly. BUT to book by phone is not nice. ALL automated done by key pad and computer voice. Not nice not to talk to someone

Excellent for visit with grandchildren. No offers available on a Saturday. Even so good value. Nice welcoming staff.

Popped in for a quick lunch during a stroll through Lymington. This branch had only re-opened a couple of days before following Covid 19 lockdown.It was surprisingly quiet and we were immediately seated. Service was polite and prompt and the food came after 10 mins or so. My Oak smoked salmon with penne pasta was lovely, in fact we all really enjoyed our meals.
