Prezzo - Ringwood in New Forest

Oh dear Prezzo what happened to the good service we have always had in the past? One of our fav restaurants, always consistent except for the last visit. Started off being shown to our table which looked as if it had been resurrected from a rubbish tip! Lots of split veneer, and rough edges, a bit off putting but stuck with it. Food arrived asked for a jug of water that turned up just as we had finished. Wine glasses were dirty and smeary. Ordered desserts, waited ages, reminded waiter, eventually turned up no apology. It was so disappointing! Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Staff were pleasant, the food however was the complete opposite.Pasta was drenched in water and pasta sauces had no taste to them what so ever. We went with a group of 7 and we got sat at what seemed to be the smallest tables in the restaurant so there was no room to move or be comfy while eating your food. If your looking for a nice meal with a good value for your money then I would consider somewhere else first.

On our last visit to the new forest we ate at many of the areas highly rated restaurants including the kitchen at Chewton Glen but this little gem beat them all, so it was a no brainer where to eat for a birthday meal on our return to the area. Simply can't fault any aspect. The team treat you like family, the food is exceptional and the ambience spot on.

My son booked a meal for Valentine's day 2 weeks prior to the 14th. He received an email 2 days before his booking saying it had been cancelled and with no explanation whatsoever. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

The welcome was warm, the service personal and attentive and the food excellent. One minor gripe - tables for two need to be mixed in with the larger tables not just in the corridor. Still by far the best Italian restaurant in Ringwood. We will definitely be going back 😀

Six of us had a meal here this evening. Friendly, fast service, lovely atmosphere and the food tasted great! We all felt that it was a lovely meal out - Will definitely be back.

Always very lovely staff and a warm welcome. Food always comes out fast, hot and delicious every time. Will continue to return time and time again as have never had a bad experience or a less than perfect meal.

Amazing food, and great service. Was slightly disappointed we were sat next to the loudest table in the place but they weren't too disturbing thankfully.

Best prezzo for service I've ever been too

Wonderful decor and really lovely friendly staff. Food was excellent quality. It is very kid friendly as they give crayons and activities before the meal. They also have a wonderful children’s menu. Highlight for me was their new pizza bites which are brilliant.
