Price's Fish and Chips in New Forest

Had the #1 worlds worst cheeseburger from there yesterday.Awful on every level… avoid at all costs … if I could show you a photo I gladly would do.First and last visit for me .

We have just moved here from Bournemouth and we were delighted to find Price's. Chips are perfect, portions are generous and curry sauce spot on. With a delivery service too which was pointed out too. Happy friendly staff. Just what we need. Thank you.

Nice chips but 3.50 for a large size. In my opinion it was a normal portion. Barely enough for two people. Come on let's not be so tight with ur chips. Anyone else agree????

Great fish and chip shop but closes very frequently and at no notice, so we promise kids / look forward to it all week and then - bam! They are shut...... so we end up in the market place instead which isn't bad either.

Now how to rate this place… not been there in sometime, but they now do delivery (amazing)!I would have to say the food (in our case cod and chips), is always spot on; not a fan of chips but this place does real cut fresh chips (always an advantage). Saturday evening fish and chips. Ordered on line, picked up on the dot, fresh hot out of the oil. Super batter, fluffy white flakes of Cod, hot firm chips. Best fish and chips for a long time. Would thoroughly recommend. Worth driving the extra few miles for!!

On holiday. Staying near to Christchurch and drove by the fish and chip shop. Food came out hot and tasted lovely. Batter was really light and crispy. Given a 5 stars and well worth the wait as all cooked fresh.

Had fish and chips, Thai chilly chicken, burger ,breaded mushrooms today. The best one I ever had.Also discount for blue light card members. Nicely packed given in a paper carrier bag like high street shopping.

Possibly the best Fish & Chips we've had.We come from Coventry and we're visiting the New Forest. We were under the impression we had good chippies by us, however they were blown out the water by Prices.We ordered on the phone which was easy - we would have ordered online but weren't sure when we would arrive.The food took a little time to prepare but wasn't an unreasonable wait as they were busy on a Friday evening.The fish was perfect. Perfectly cooked thick cod and beautiful crispy batter. It didn't taste like fish from a chippy. Chips were wonderfully crisp yet soft on the inside and tasted like they should. Nothing was dripping in grease or mushy. The gravy was some of the best we've had too.All in all a fantastic place to enjoy fish and chips and would highly recommend if you're in the area.
