Ray's Italian Kitchen in New Forest

Brilliant night. Family of 11 everyone thiroughly enjoyed starters and main. Too full for dessert as portions of really good size. Very tasty all cooked fresh to order.service great.well done to staff

We loved dining at Ray's so much that we went twice during our week-long holiday in Milford on Sea. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome and the food was consistently excellent! Each dish is displayed beautifully and everything tastes so fresh and full of flavour. The decor is very stylish and the way the tables and booths are laid out, you can have a private dining experience even if the restaurant is busy. I would recommend their spicy diavola pizza and an espresso martini!

Drove past this restaurant yesterday and thought it looked just the place our 4 young children would enjoy….We booked for 6pm and brought the out-laws with us.We walked in at 6pm and the first thing the staff did was to learn all the boys names. That set the tone for everything that followed. The drinks were fantastic and staff attentive when ever we needed more. The food was just as good. I can thoroughly recommend the ragatoni, it was superb. Nothing was too much trouble tonight. Thank you!Ps i would be in every week if we didn’t live an hour away.

Well, this was a complete hidden gem. I was not expecting the cute decor, the incredible service and a delicious meal. Terri was attentive, but not pushy, Friendly, without being too much. Highly recommended.

Booked a table at Ray's the day before, they were fully booked however accommodated us. On the night, went straight to our table. We shared a starter but wished I had my own as it was delicious. The main & pudding very flavoursome too. I think I can speak for my 3 friends too. The staff were very friendly, especially the mature lady, she was lovely. We do not live in that region, however if I did I would definitely be going back.

This restaurant is fantastic! My parents have food allergies (gluten) and this restaurant made sure to cater for their requirements. The food is amazing and the service is brilliant. I would recommend this place to anyone

Having eaten in many hundreds of Italian eateries all over the world, I am delighted to report that Ray's in Milford on Sea is probably the very best that I have eaten in. From the moment you arrive, a warm greeting awaits. The ambiance is delightful and the food of the highest quality imaginable. Compliments to all involved in this outstanding restaurant. Thank you.

What a delightful find! An independent Italian restaurant in a little village near the sea. Service and food were perfect. And don’t forget to check out the “secret” garden - fabulous secluded spot to enjoy a little piece of Italy in Milford-on-sea.

Great experience at Ray's! Couldn't fit me in the restaurant, but happily ordered a takeaway pizza which I devoured on the little table outside. Followed by tiramisu and wine. Special mention to the lady who really looked after me. Recommended!
