Subway in New Forest

Two hours 15 minutes for delivery!! I'm sure you can do better

My son loves subway they have a great selection of fillings and a meal deal that fills you up

Typical subway, filter in one side choice of ingredients, they do delivery too. Staff were very kind and friendly which was a bonus

We've orderd from here so many times, and every single time it take 2 hours to deliver, we keep hoping itll be different. Needs more staff

Had a 6in which was lovely but the coke was flat and tasted nasty so didn't drink it.

Depends whos working. In the last two visits i have experienced both the best and the worst of customer service and hygiene from this branch.

In the words of Comic book guy..."worst...Subway...ever!"I love subway, I was really looking forward to having a subway for break time while working in new milton, what I found was a sheer catastrophe and a grave disappointment. Staff were miles away in their heads, and the food quality was terrible, they didn't toast my subway long enough for the vegetarian patty to be hot, they run out of what I wanted originally, and it was such a poorly made sub.....upper management need to get in this place a train the staff properly.

Went to New Milton Subway a few days ago with my children and was served by Angel who was lovely smiley and polite and had excellent customer service skills. She made our order (which was really yummy) in no time at all and we all left with smiles. She really made an effort to make our subway experience the best it could be.. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area!

Good service and good food, even though the staff were young lads they were either serving or cleaning all the time doing a great job

The staff is not as polite as they were 3/4 yrs ago. The staff (kids) tend to be more Interested in chatting and laughing with their friends that come in and stay for hours. They certainly need more training I think. That's my honest opinion. But the food is lovely x
