Sunshine Valley in New Forest

This is a great little place to get you Chinese, however be careful with using contactless payments!! They say they charge you 50p for payments under £10.00 but yet I payed £15.00 pounds for a £14.50 pound take away!! So if they are doing that then they are on a little scam!! They don't evern tell you they are going to charge you for using contactless!!

Such a horrible, stingy place!! Young lass went to hand me my chips and the boss lady took half of them back before they even reached my hands! Asked to have my food wrapped and she look at me like I'd done something wrong. Really feel sorry for the young girl behind the counter.

The food was lovely, but the customer service is horrible ,never seen somebody smile in there, they barely even talk to you ,avoid one lady who is the misaberalst person you will ever encounter in your life who is the owner and clearly all of her younger workers are afraid of her we went there not that recently we asked for a bag and a nice young lady did as we told but the owner with a frown on her face of course just shouted at her without out even talking please don’t go near her

I had to wait about five minutes while the fish was cooking but it was worth it , the fish was fresh and the batter crispy , the chips were well cooked and a good size. Friendly service.

Having been in this place a few times.The way she speaks to people, especially the young staff helping is beyond wrong.I asked for ribs with ok sauce...... She sniggered at me and basically tried telling me off for asking as she was clueless to what OK sauce is. Apparently they only do oyster sauce.Chips are always re-fried.Pies are asda smartprice, cheeky b1tch sells them still in the wrapper at over inflated costs.I cannot stress enough how much I hate the way the owner is with everyone.Don't believe me, just pop in and see Satan herself.

Terrible. Awful quality. The owners treat staff and customers with contempt - no wonder the turnaround on the young part-timers is so high. Go and buy a ready meal and you'll have a tastier meal without being ripped off.

Disappointed. Another example of how food quality declines in the absence of competition. Having previously lived in an area where there were 1/2 a dozen Chinese takeaways within 10 minutes walking distance, all of them provided food nearly as good as restaurant quality. Sunshine Valley desperately needs competition. I'm giving up using them and will travel further for better quality Chinese food (Hythe, Dibden, Totton, Holbury). At least the Indian takeaway here is good.

Worst chinese in southampton! food is awful and over priced! Dont do any delivery, can get a better chinese from totton and get it delivered to Marchwood makes no sense, I would prefer to drive to The Modern in hythe to collect food! Its amazing there! Hopefully they will start deivering to marchwood! This place needs either competition or someone needs to take this place over! It is crap!
