The Burley Inn in New Forest

The Burley Inn is lovely! The people are very nice, the atmosphere is great and the room facilities are just what I need. There's plenty of space in the room, simple but nice, and good sized shower/toilet area.Plenty of off-street parking, nice warm pub and lounge area and they even have vegan food. So, all in all, a great choice!!!!

Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely freshly cooked food to order. Quite a varied menu choice. Dog friendly. Would return if holidaying back in this area.

Coffee and a bite to eat. Lovely food and atmosphere. Bit noisy sat near the gents toilets though, could almost hear everything that was going on in there.

It was pleasant place, the service was friendly and polite. The food was good too and good value. It lacked a bit of atmosphere or something, the layout wasn't quite working. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Lovely friendly staff. pleasant room. Very dog friendly. nice breakfast. Nice village Very clean. Although I would have liked to see a few niceties like throws, cushions, wall art , the pine furniture replaced or upcycled and perhaps the bathroom upgraded . We stayed in the deluxe room at £145 a night . I would certainly recommend though

Love the Burley Inn! After spending NYE at the Burley Manor, we needed a walk and food. We had a great 3 course meal on new year's Day for a very reasonable price. Staff were welcoming and attentive.

Called ahead to check availability and book table for lunch for 3 plus a baby and was told there was availability so come in. Arrived to be told no high chairs (not because they were all being used, they just don’t have any at all). Not the end of the world, went to get pram and settled the kids in. A short while later the waitress then came over and said ‘oh, did I mention that there was a 45 minute wait on food?’ Unfortunately we had to leave. Please inform customers of these things on the phone, was a wasted trip for us. Understand these things happen but we called ahead for this reason. Also, the waitress was not apologetic at all.

I visited the Burley Inn recently for lunch and had a very nice meal.The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and once the food was ordered it arrived quickly and was tasty.There was a good choice of food on the menu, but unfortunately I was too full up to try the Dorset apple cake with clotted cream, which sounded amazing.I would recommend this pub to anyone, for the above reasons and the fact that the food was very reasonably priced.

We had a lovely 1 night stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was cosy but very clean. Dinner was excellent and the whole package was good value. We even pooped in for tea and to change out of our wet cycling gear on the way home after checking out. Would highly recommend.

The customer service was really good, the waitresses were welcoming and friendly!The food was good - I had the chickpea and spinach curry... The curry was lovely, I would question though whether it was freshly made or microwaved.... I think the latter.I would recommend though!
