The Kebab House in New Forest

Trying to get delivery, what an absolute joke, wont accept phone calls, cant order online!!! Now charging £1.50 delivery to deliver in LYMINGTON. What an absolute joke!!!

No hygiene systems in place so no hand washing and the same cloth to wipe everything from surfaces to knives. Delivery driver milling around prep area and the helping without washing hands.I'll stick to using a chip shop for a quick takeaway in Lymington for the time being.

We recently ordered a pizza and sides on Friday and have to say it was 5 star with it being tasty, hot and great service! We will be back, thank you

Delivers to brockenhurst but won't deliver to Beaulieu

Always order in shop and wait...Food is really good. Generous portions and top quality meat.Staff always friendly too

Twice now we have had 2 fantastic doner kebabs, they delivered within 45 mins of our order and arrived piping hot with plenty of salad. Onion rings were crispy the only downside was the chips they arrived hot but soggy this is probably down to the packaging collecting condensation during delivery.Lymington kebab house has definitely upped their game.

It is actually really bad, 1 star hygiene rating for a start, and it took 2 hours and 45 minutes for our food to get here (we are 5 mins down the road, it really should not have taken that long) when I tried to phone back to ask for a refund they had taken the phone off the hook. The delivery driver was on 9 deliveries at a time, if they were that busy they should have given us a courtesy call to let us know. The food was really average. We had a really bad experience and will not be ordering from them again.

Absolutely disgraceful ordered food at 18:45 had to call at 21:00 still no food. Was told only one delivery driver so had to wait another 30 minutes and then the person on phone put the phone down disgraceful. Never ordering again. Did not even want to give one star

Ordered online through their own website. Received a confirmation email with an edit mated time of 100-115 minutes for our food to be delivered. After 115 minutes had passed and our food still hasn’t arrived we have them a call to be told they hadn’t received our order. We asked for a refund and was told we had to sort that ourselves through the website. The website didn’t give us an option to cancel our order and receive an order so we decided to go ahead with our order as we were hungry and it was getting late. Delivery driver was friendly enough, food was hot and sizes were really good.
