If your looking for a good old fashioned pub, then this ones for youFriendly, clean and good prices. More importantly, they are taking the rules around covid very seriously.Hope they manage to remain open throughout and maintain their very high standards towards the health and safety of their customers.

Ok for a pint outside in the back garden area which is nice. I felt the lady monitoring the queue was in a bit of a foul mood so she was ill positioned front of house. I had a burger here as well which was ok

Very small pub. Bar had the locals sitting at it and didn't move aside for others to get drinks. Can only pay cash. Didn't have cranberry juice so changed to vodka orange (I had a double and the barman used a tiny glass so it barely had any juice and therefore tasted very very strong.) the small outdoor area is lovely with flowers and ornaments and enough seating

This is a lovely, little, village local, with VERY friendly and welcoming staff and locals. Bright and airy interior, showing live sports on multi screens. They also have live bands...although...quite where they put them is a puzzle? I believe they have free WiFi, but I'm not sure. Very nice, outdoor seating area in the garden. There is no car park, but there are local spaces with 1 hour free parking. It is also incredibly cheap to drink here. A pint of Stella Artois is astonishingly good value at £3.35. Doom Bar is £2.40 and they offer a bitter at £1.99.One star deducted for their cash only policy...I was actually at the bar before the staff member informed me of this, luckily my friend had cash on her. Surely a sign on each door would be simpler? That said...this is certainly a pub worth visiting...highly recommended.
