My husband and I used to love coming down here, watching the sea and getting some decent food from the kiosk. However, our last trip down was very disappointing- food has gone down hill massively. Whole experience was just nasty. Won’t be returning anymore for high priced food that is very below average! So The Kiosk-Whether it’s change of supplier, staff or whatever, you have ruined what was a nice little eating venue

Disgusting service! Waited 20 mins for a bag of chips! Severed their friends before customers, then why I asked why this happened.. The girl behind the counter just argued back with me and the lack of customer service is despicable! Members of staff dancing behind the counter, high fiving and not even washing their hands once in the whole 30 minutes stood their! Absolutely disgusting, especially in height of the pandemic!Just kids serving kids.. lots of other people in the que agreed! Then to see you recent reviews being one star.. I am certainly not surprised!I would like a reply to this complaint and I will be forwarding my concerns of hygiene to the council.I will be forwarding this to health and safety for dancing around hot fryers! Not to mention whoever owns it… they must be losing out with all the free food going to the members of staffs friends

Great chips , cod needs a bit more work on it to get 5 star review

Lovely place but very slow service so watch out if there is a queue.

I rated the chips here as the best in the country. Always had a bag each. Just had the same, what a disappointment, obviously changed their chip supplier as they are now worse than average, and their prices have shot up. Revert to your old chip supplier please or your desire to maximise profits will back fire.

Had fish and chips from the Kiosk today along with my sister and her kids.Sadly the fish doesn’t rank well in my experience of battered cod. And I have had my fair share of it.The batter could definitely use more spicing as the fish was very bland. The fish portion wasn’t very big and was oddly perfectly shaped. Like you would expect from a chick nugget. No complaints about the chips which were a decent portion.Prices are fair and they had a few vegan options on their menu which is great for a small kiosk. My interaction with the staff was a friendly one.The food is cooked to order so we did wait around 8-10 minutes but that is to be expected.

Ate here on holiday last week. We were really happy with our food, chips, hot dog and a sausage bap. Didn't have to wait too long and got to eat with a nice view.

Ordered cheeseburger, sausage, fish cake and chips. Chips not bad, fish cake hot and crispy, and the sausage was a sausage.. but cheeseburger was red inside around the middle so threw it away, I had eaten half so no point in going back and complaining. Bit disappointed.

It's lovely to be able to get out and come here for chips, bacon roll etc and ice cream.Very friendly staff and always happy to chat while you wait for your food to be ready. 😊

Would have been the perfect whippy ice cream if only there was raspberry sauce :)
