Stayed for one night to attend a party at another hotel. Lovely little hotel tucked in quiet Sway. Our room (#8) was a good size with a comfy bed and rain shower (loved that!).Staff were great and there was never anyone far away if you needed something.Had a good selection in the bar and enjoyed a couple of cocktails before we headed out.Breakfast was cooked to order and there was plenty to fill you up.Definitely recommend staying here and it will be the first place we Che k the next time we need to stay in the forest again. Thank you!

Great little hotel in a quiet part of the New Forest. Walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and perfect for couples. Didn't see much of the rest of the hotel but our room was lovely.

Visited for Afternoon Tea. Very helpful staff and lovely setting. Very good sandwiches and cakes. But the scones were very dry and heavy. I hope this is viewed as constructive as otherwise we enjoyed our visit.

Met friends for a drink outside on the terrace with views over the lawns. Very pleasant setting with friendly staff. Good parking area..review based on limited time spent there. Would go back.

A lovely Manor House Hotel and restaurant. As usual at the moment a restricted menu but good choices. I had Smoked duck salad , followed by pork tenderloin and then apricot cheese cake. Everything well cooked and presented. Staff very attentive friendly and efficient.

Sorry forgot to take any photos 😔The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We had a fantastic afternoon tea. They even had oat milk for me and do a great DeCafe coffee. The Manor is right in the middle of a village but it has a station would you believe it? There is plenty of parking and if you go on the right day and the weather is great you can sit outside in the garden. Enjoy people. ☺️

Came here back in July for a friends belated 30th Birthday. We all preordered afternoon tea and it was really tasty, good selection to choose from and had more than enough to eat. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, quick service, and they even took some great pictures of us. Would definitely come back again to try their evening menu as it sounds delicious.

Booked Afternoon Tea for a birthday treat. Booked by phone 3 days ago with specific requests on disability and dietary. We arrived on time and were made very welcome. The waitress knew exactly our requirements and recounted it to us with a smile. The food was displayed beautifully. It tasted lovely and the tea was a flavoursome cup of tea. We ordered extra cream and an extra pot of tea with no extra charge. I had to visit the disabled toilet which was easy to use with the rails all in the right place. High end soap and hand cream. We were made welcome and all the staff were friendly. Will definitely visit again for food. Excellent.
