Felt very welcome at this B&B/brewpub. We stayed three nights and had dinner on Sunday when they had live music. The beers are tasty and our Sunday dinner was great. The room was clean with an excellent shower. Everything we needed! Lymington itself is incredibly pretty and especially good for walking and birdwatching around the salt marshes.

I really enjoyed their beers and burgers. The staff are all very nice and I like the decor. The only reason why I can't score it perfectly was that our monkfish was overcooked and dry. I feel like most pubs don't do delicate food as well in general. Will definitely go back though.

Very friendly and welcoming staff found us a table although they were full for Sunday lunch. Great to find a pub offering whiting and flounder rather than the usual salmon and cod. Both were delicious, as were the nut roast and venison burger can also thoroughly recommend their own Tollhouse bitter. We shared excellent sticky toffee puddings. Memorable food and nice decor. Not cheap but good value.

Came for a pseudo Xmas lunch and had a great time. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good quality and portion sizes appropriate. Table was sticky but we had anti-viral/bacterial wipes so not much issue there. Spacing from other tables was very good and we really enjoyed our time.

Popped in on way to Highcliffe for a bite to eat. We hadn't booked but the friendly staff found us a table. Service was very efficient and food well cooked and tasty. They brew their own beer and I opted for a pint of Sea Wall. Really lovely IPA, so good I purchased a takeaway keg.

We were booked in for lunch in celebration of my birthday.Easy to find as it's on the roadside, with adequate parking space. The outside aesthetics are nice, and inside is no different. It's a very warm and welcoming feeling as you walk in. Fairy lights around the wooden ceiling beams. An open fire at the far end of the building which is always a nice focal point. It's furnished and decorated well. The staff are attentive and very friendly. It's always nice to have smiles and enthusiasm. Cannot fault the cleanliness either. The menu choices were diverse but simple. Noone likes a fussy menu! And the food was outstanding! Everything that graced our table from the kitchen was beautifully cooked. Well balanced flavours. Beautifully presented. And very reasonably priced!Food was a strong 8.5 - 10.Our overall experience was a 9.5 - 10!Big shout out to all the staff for going the extra mile in recognition of my birthday celebrations. We will undoubtedly return. And highly recommend.

Great beer brewed on the premises, I loved the porter. The food tastes magical, but don't expect large portions, it's more a fine dining experiance than a pub grub place. The staff were friendly and helpful, but due to the number of bookings we were ushered on our way so the next group could eat,I will return to try more of their beers.

12 of us dropped in for a beer after walking round the Buckland Rings, great ales, really nice garden. Didn't eat as we were told they were too busy to give us anything, but that only meant we didn't stay longer, and to be fair there aren't many places who can accommodate 12 with no notice. Very pleasant

What a great place! Lovely beers brewed on site! Delicious food with very attentive and efficient service. Accommodation really comfortable too ...and a tasty generous breakfast.Great live music on a Sunday night too... Different musicians every week... But if you see Phil Holbird advertised...GO! He was brilliant.

What a find. Superb food and comfortable accommodation, what's not to like? Really well run place which oozes quality whilst feeling totally relaxed and laid back. Great beer brewed on the premises too. Although it's not a cheap place to stay or eat the value for money is excellent. One of the best meals I've ever had, I defy even Michelin starred restaurants to better the lamb cutlets I had. We'll definitely be back!
