Went here for a wake, there wasn't enough staff, the bar service was very slow. Food was good (buffet, which they keep filling up)

I had to seek shelter in my motorhome as storm Eunice approached England.I called The Plough Inn in a slightly panicked state to see if they would allow me to park up in their parking lot through the worst of the storm. They kindly agreed as long as I had a drink or meal in the pub, which I was of course happy to do.The pub is very cool. Loads of, what appears to be original exposed beams. So much character to be seen. The food was absolutely brilliant and fairly priced.Would absolutely recommend a visit if you are in area.Thank you so much for allowing me to spend the 2 nights in your car park, it truly is appreciated.

Good food, Ringwood brewery so local ales. Play area , marquees for outdoor dining. Friendly staff lots of parking and special Sunday menu. Sadly covid deliveries cut the choice of meals especially deserts on our last visit but usually much better

Good food, mostly just normal pub chain menu but a few interesting specials as well. Service outstanding, atmosphere ok but we were probably a bit to noisy for the locals.

Cosy, great food and really friendly service. Great selection of food and drinks. Has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating plus a play area for the kids!

Old forest pub so plenty of ambience inside. You can see part of the original cob wall behind glass. There's a good choice of beers, ales and wines. Friendly staff and good garden with play area for children.

Very pleasant pub, meals were reasonable although the vegetables were a little under cooked. Service was a little slow, but maybe due to limited staff. Will give it a try another time.

Always lots of space in the excellent beer garden. But hit and miss with food quality and it’s top end prices for the drinks I’m afraid.

Excellent portions, very tasty home made food (not to mention a very large menu!). Asked for a few alterations on the menu and they met our every need. Lovely independent pub with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Cute play park for the older kids too. Friendly and efficient staff, will definitely go back again and again
