The Thai Corner Restaurant in New Forest

Excellent Thai dinner. We haven't been since before covid so we were glad to get back. They did not disappoint! We started with a Mojito cocktail and prawn crackers and chilli dip. I had stir fried chicken, veg and cashew nuts and my partner had the seafood platter with really exemplary fish . We had jasmine rice and egg noodles alongside. So beautifully presented and very tasty. We finished with tiny banana fritters, ginger syrup and icd cream.I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Really wonderful. Service so friendly and the food is incredibly fresh, beautifully presented and tasty. This is our second time and we will return.

What a wonderful restaurant. First time we've been there. We had the sharing starter with chicken satay, ribs and battered prawns. All delicious and 4 of each so plenty to share. Then had red curry, stir fry and noodles. Again delicious and good sized portions. Banana fritters to finish were great too. Will be back to try something else!

It was lovely, the food was nice and full of flavour. They were able to accommodate us after a cancelation. They were friendly and good portions. 100% recommendable.

Average Thai food, no wow effect. Thai is my favourite cuisine and I’ve eaten at hundreds of different Thai restaurants around the world. Unfortunately neither of the two mains we ordered (Cashew Nut Stir Fry and Beef in Black Bean Stir Fry) were that great. The taste was unauthentic, and the sauce left a weird aftertaste. Prices are OK and staff friendly, but I think this restaurant is only rated so high because there’s no better alternative in the surrounding area.

Cannot recommend enough!We booked with very little notice, the restaurant squeezed us in despite being incredibly busy.On arrival the staff were hospitable and attentive and the food was quite simply delicious, easily some of the best Thai food we’ve eaten outside of Thailand (and better than a fair few meals we’ve had in Thailand). Thank you so much, we will definitely return.

Dry and flavourless, but at least there was alot. Based on the other reviews I guess I got a bad batch. If they can't at least do a good pad thai I don't usually return to the restaurant, so probably won't be going back. Wouldn't reccomend but Good luck.

Lovely meal. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely return. Had a few different starters, scallops, ribs and Thai fish cakes followed by a Sea bass Curry. Delightful.

Just had the most amazing authentic Thai meal. For start I had the seafood fisherman's soup, it had perfectly soft squid, fresh mussels, King prawns, lemongrass and chilli, it was so delishus. Then I had a pork stir fry which was packed with flavour and lots of chilli! The owners are very nice people and clearly very hard working, I was well taken care of and even tho it was busy they had plenty of time to talk with me and have a laugh. Thanks for a great experience, I'll be back!
