Really good menu, food and service. A wonderful night was had. It is not often that I have the opportunity to lay praise on a restaurant/pub which is a real shame for consumers. But the Three Tuns is a shining example of how to do it right. Thank you

What a wonderful experience Sunday lunch at the Three Tuns is. We were welcomed with a warm and genuine smile from the waiting staff. We were seated promptly and our drinks orders taken. All of us opted for the roast of the day which was just perfect. The pub was busy as it was Sunday lunchtime, but nothing was too much trouble. I cant wait to come back again.

Came to this restaurant for a birthday meal, on a recommendation from a work friend. In a lovely village location. The restaurant was very busy and seems very popular. It would be nice to have a little more space between you and your fellow diners. The staff were very friendly, and mine, my husband and my one sons meal choices were really tasty and well cooked, and very enjoyable. Unfortunately my youngest sons meal choices were not as good, his soup had split and he had been hoping for a nice piece of crackling on his pork, but it was more chewy and gelatinous. Overall though a pleasant experience and would go again, probably not on a Sunday when I am guessing lots of people are looking for a good place to have their Sunday roast dinner.

We had a lovely meal at the Three Tuns last night. Having lived in the area and driven past the pub many times, we were surprised that we had never been there and were very glad we fixed that. The food was excellent: tasty, well presented and delivered in good time - we both really enjoyed it. Two courses with drinks was around £55 which I felt was about right for the quality and service. Staff were helpful, polite and very pleasant. We’ll definitely be back for more. Thanks.

Beautiful pub, so traditional, amazing interiors. Pulled beef burger is to die for. Fish and chips were lacking tartar sauce and lemon, so room for improvement there, and batter was a bit poor. I would recommend looking at the specials, we've ordered from the normal menu, but specials were far more exciting. 8 minutes from Highcliffe beach. We will definitely visit in the summer.

Had an amazing lunch with exceptional service from Katy and the team. Executive chef Colin excels with imaginative menus and out of this world dishes. I definitely recommend the pork belly main and the vegan friendly pannacotta dessert with gorse berries. The homemade bread is stunning

Great atmosphere, attentive staff who remembered my name, despite how busy it was, (a first, and made a real difference). And best of all, delicious food, served on massive plates, which made it look like one of those fancy restaurants that feed you next to nothing, for loads of cash, when in fact they give you loads of food, for little cash! A clever trick! Loved it. We'll be back. Oh, if you do go, and you should, I'd recommend booking. It can be busy. Photos of steak and kidney pie, slow cooked pork and a shared panacotta. There's be one of our liver parfait with quince starter as well, but it was so delicious we just ate it. 😁😋

A busy local pub with friendly, professional staff. We were lucky to get a table in the bar area as the restaurant was fully booked. We had the curried vegetables, a (not so) small portion of mussels, and chips and market veg on the side. All the food was delicious, fresh (local) and well cooked. We had the panna cotta and meringue (both vegan) which were delicious, a real treat! We had cider from the orchard round the corner and the farmer (whose face was on the glass) was actually sitting at the bar!

I came here for the first time in about 10 years as I live away from the area. All I can say is WOW!! The staff were amazing and the service was polite and quick. I enjoyed the Dorset snails and the ribeye which the chef cooked to perfection. Thank you I won't be leaving it so long to be back this time.
