Good pub food, quick service, reasonable prices. It's a large restaurant and we were the only people there on a Tuesday early evening, so it was a bit lacking in atmosphere. We were looked after very well and made welcome by the bar staff. Very convenient for the Wightlink ferry port.

We stayed overnight in the adjoining accommodation which was lovely, it was very clean and comfortable with a great power shower. The next morning we went into the pub which was where our breakfast was being served, the owner served us she was very friendly and our order came out quickly and piping hot. We had a full English with toast and preserves and a pot of tea, there was cereal and yoghurt available too, we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again when we visit the area again.

Booked for one night here for my birthday and was really pleasedwith our choice. The accomodation is lovely . The king bed was sumptous and very comfy , we both slept really well. The bathroom was lovely and large and very well decorated. There was plenty of tea and coffee in our room and the place was very clean and tidy. We also had an evening meal which considering they are short staffed was absolutely lovely. The pub and restaurant area are nicely decorated and the food prices were good . We had drinks and starters and mains and were too full to have dessert . The quality of the food was really good and plentiful . The staff were all happy and polite , service was good . We also had breakfast and the full English was really good , there was also cereal and yogurts and fruit juice available. We will return . I was gutted we only had one night's respite to be able to stay here.

Perfect location close to Lymington harbour & the town. Beautiful accommodation, luxurious comfy king size bed which can accommodate a dog, great shower and lovely breakfast and staff.

The most appalling service, shoved on a table right at the back when the restaurant was empty, no one acknowledged us for over 30mins. They tried to charge us for tap water which was served in a filthy glass. The roast dinner buffet was made up of overcooked cheap ingredients. Very disappointed as our previous visit was 10times better hence us coming back. Shame it ruined our grandads birthday entirely

Rang up before we got there to see if they were open as Web site said they were closed. They were open and we had a great lunch. Parking was simple and staff were friendly

We were kept well informed prior to our stay. Self check in, room clean and comfortable, a little chilli as one of the rads wasn't working but when staff informed they did all they could to help. The staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. We ate in the restaurant and again everything was good.We stayed two nights, the bed was so comfortable we nearly missed breakfast.Again breakfast was good my only suggestion would be a little wider choice ( husband was looking for porridge) and I would not have said there was a "continental" option as advertised.Overall I would definitely recommend.

We stayed for two nights recently as our daughter was getting married nearby. Had dinner with friends and family the first night which was fabulous. All the food was perfect and served efficiently and the breakfasts were really good too with good portions. Spotless rooms and excellent service from everyone thank you.
