Where to start with this one I used to come here loads with my family, I havnt been in years and well what a disserpointment it was the nacho starter was burnt and over cooked whilst the sauces had made the bottom of the bowl soggy, I've been in here over an hour and still have not received my main meal, finally the main has arrived and wow what a shambles this is my batter is burnt yet underneath has gone gone soggy the actual fish was so bland and wet Ive had to send it back, second one has arrived wasn't much better still burnt but better than the previous horror show, my partners meal was burnt on all the meat to the state parts were black wouldn't ever return and utterly disserpointed with the place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We had a lovely Sunday lunch with excellent service. The meal was far too large for me as I only have a small appetite after an illness and was advised by the waitress that I would be able to have a childs portion anytime we came back which was lovely to hear as a lot of places do not do this and I hate to waste good food.

Booked table for 4pm. Arrived at 3.30 and went straight to table. Table service extremely slow. The whole meal took nearly 3 hours. The food itself was fine but could have been on larger plates as when you tried to cut your eat, things kept falling off the plate. Had to keep finding table server to attend to us.

Been going to the Wagon for years. Always a great pint of bitter and food is always great, served quickly. Staff are very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly service made us feel welcome right from our entrance. Our meal was excellent, my partner had fish and chips and I ordered steak and chicken. The steak was juicy and tender and cooked to perfection exactly as I asked. Great value, excellent meal, Thank you, I will definitely return!

Great service with a nice selection. It wouldn't hurt to add few more vegan options but the food was lovely

Very nice meal, all of our family loved their meal's,quite busy, you need to book here as we arrived at a quiet time. Loads of parking in huge car 🚗 park , Good selection of drinks,

Lovely lunch at reasonable prices. Food was good, hot and very tasty. Staff helpful and polite. We asked if we could leave the car on the car park while we walked up to Bratch Locks and were told it was fine. Lovely lunch followed by a pretty canal side walk. Will definitely return again.
